Be aware of this company!!! Their service invoices can be very deceiving after they do work on a HVAC unit. They are happy to make recommendation with prices on your invoice to lure you to think you need to spend more money. They don’t write down reason as to why the recommendations are needed or even bother to tell you if the unit is working property. Because their invoices are so vague with the word "inspection", they don’t really list exactly what was performed during their service call. READ YOUR INVOICE before you make the payment to make sure it makes sense. This will save you another services call charge of $170.
Always professional. Phone calls always answered and returned promptly and helpfully. They've done some consultation work and big jobs (replacing oil boiler with gas and installing new water heater) and we've had only positive experiences through it all.

If you have an old boiler like me, make sure Josh comes out to fix it. My house is toasty now that my heater works. Josh was very professional and quick. Very happy with the service.
They came out and checked the unit and said they needed to replace it. I was told it would be about two days to receive the e-mail with the quote. Nothing came called the estimators phone for two days and no call back. Called the main office for an update was told I would here from them today hey 4 days later no call no estimate you know I will call someone that wants the business. so much for customer service is Number 1
My hot water heater went out, so made an appointment with them. They canceled my appointment TWICE! The office lady tried to imply that I misunderstood what the tech told me over the weekend, which is their way of saying they told me something they shouldn't have. So either they have NO idea what they are doing or they have no regard for a potential customer who has been out of Hot water for 5 days! Terrible Service...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Waisted time and money and had 2 different guys at robben and sons at my house and it was literally worse then after they left. Lip service and excuses after complaining. Had ANOTHER COMPANY OUT and they fixed it that day without excuses and charging an arm and a leg. WARNING THIS COMPANY WILL WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY
These guys are Very responsive and ultimate pros. Starts with the person answering the phone and carries over to the tech that comes to the house. He diagnosed my problem, drive ALL the way across town for a part and came back same morning for install. Saved me from a 91 degree day with no AC.
