London (the technician) was friendly, on-time and very professional. She explained everything she was going to do---then at the end of the visit, gave me the results of her maintenance. I've been dealing with this company for almost 10 years and have never had a problem.

Ultimate Comfort installed my new heating and AC systems as well as a new Water heater. They've performed the maintenance on those systems as well, each time always professional, excellent customer service and fair.The best of the best.

I purchased a mini-split A/C unit two years ago at the end of summer. The the next summer, the first time I turned it on it didn't work. One of the owners came out and repaired a Freon leak, and showed me how to do my own regular minor maintenance. It was an excellent customer service experience. However that owner, Dave, has since sold out to his partner.

This summer, the first time I turned it on it didn't work. The young repairman came out, seemed somewhat indifferent about customer service, but successfully re-set the circuit board and got it working. I was given a hefty bill, which I balked at because this seemed as if it should also be covered by the warranty. The repairman told me I would need to contact the owner if I wasn't happy.

Next year I plan to test the unit in the spring, before it gets hot, so I don't have to wait until a heat wave has passed to get a tech to come to my house if it isn't working.

Ralph Shafer, the General Manager, and his staff were very easy to work with. Their communication with us, their punctuality, their friendliness were definitely a plus. Ralph did a lot of research to get us the best fit of equipment to match our pre-existing furnace. He went the extra mile for us. His installation crew were knowledgeable and thorough. What was telling to us is when his employees described Ralph as one of the best human beings that they had ever met. Ultimate Comfort came as a recommendation from a close friend and she was certainly right that we would be pleased with the company's high standards.

The crew did a great job! We are having them install another system at a rental house. We actually had a Bosch heat pump installed. Quiet as advertised.

These guys are the best! My Mom lost heat from her furnace. I talked to Ralph and they were there the same day. Inspected everything. Sold her a better furnace, saved her money, fixed all the air vent registers that she was loosing heat before. I cannot tell you how professional this company is. Great employees. They even like to hire young hard working people. They made Mom feel comfortable when in her house. They were polite and well spoken and provided her with all the information. Kept her updated on everything they did. The price was great! They really take customer service to the next level. If you want a solid company call and use these guys first!!!!!!!!!

It had been quite a while since we had our older furnace inspected for any issues. We weren't having any problems but just thought it's a good idea for prevention. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the next day which was great. But shortly after, I got a call back from them that they now had an opening that day and the tech was nearby, so we took it. He called us when about 15 minutes out to let us know he'd be here soon. Did a very thorough job of inspecting all parts as well as testing and cleaning. He did find one part (igniter) that was going bad. He replaced it, after showing us the concern on the old part. Did a great job and the pricing was reasonable. Very respectful of Covid safety. Will definitely have them back late spring to do the same on our older air conditioner.

Every person that I have interacted with at Ultimate Comfort is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, caring, and trustworthy. These folks are true HVAC nerds and they go above and beyond for their customers. We had them install our AC unit a few years ago and they made sure we were satisfied customers. Nowadays, we use them for our HVAC maintenance and we have no intentions of switching to another company in the future. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is outstanding.
