Ultimate Comfort

Twice now, I've had the pleasure of having work done by Ultimate Comfort personnel. I describe it as a pleasure, because everything from scheduling to clean up was seamless. My first experience involved a rather major project - replacement of my furnace and air conditioning unit. The most recent task was installation of a roof vent and associated ducting to the range hood I'll install during our kitchen remodel. I highly recommend this company for anything having to do with heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

London, the technician, arrived punctually and did a very thorough inspection and tune-up of our heating system, including washing out our metal air filters. She was very informative, helpful, professional and personable. We were quite happy with her service.

The initial responsiveness was okay but after I emailed and called a few times they booked the job, showed up on time and the installation was super clean and professional. There were some adds that I would prefer they call me about first but overall I would use them again and was pleased with the work.

Ultimate comfort installed a new gas furnace and HVAC. They were very professional. Their installers cleaned the work area when the job was completed. They made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat. Would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

From the first encounter to questions after installation, Ultimate Comfort has been a pleasure to work with. They worked quickly to replace my heater when it went out, took the time to explain everything, walked the property with me to make sure the unit went were I wanted it, responded quickly to my questions and showed up on time. They even built a custom return vent in my built-in bookshelf so I could easily change the filter with my back problems. I'm having them back to quote for two rental units, so I'd say I'd definitely use them again.

Ultimate Comfort for the win....seriously. Our 30 year old furnace decided to end its life 2 weeks before I was scheduled to have a baby. Fun times 😑 We had actually been working with another HVAC company who informed us the product we wanted was backordered and they wouldn't be able to accommodate us any time soon. Got in touch with John who came out to give me a quote just 30 minutes after I gave them a call. They were able to replace my furnace in a week when others were booked out by months. THANK YOU UC team for such awesome (and quick) service...it's one less thing I have to worry about before this baby is born.

We're very happy with the gas furnace and electric heat pump Ultimate Comfort installed to replace our 15 year-old air conditioner/gas furnace which were showing their age. They worked with us to choose the right appliances and thermostat. I recommend them.

Good service, informative staff. But sometimes appointments get pushed or cancelled when they’re busy.
