Ultimate Comfort

I'm very happy with my new heater! Both the comfort of the heater and the aesthetics of the registers. The Ultimate Comfort team did a great job of installing and I know that their expertise is at the top level. Friendly and courteous team as well.

Only thing that kept me from giving them a 5 is that I was surprised by a separate bill from an electrician after I'd already paid the invoice from Ultimate. The electrical bill also had a questionable line item.

This would not stop me from recommending Ultimate, just be wary of the electrical component.

Teresa was so helpful. Answering all my questions. The installers were great. They handle everything.

Ralph and his crew are the best! Twice now they have put in a new furnace for my own home and my rental property. Both times they were professional, courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend their services to all!

Dave came out and provided exceptional service. Even when the news was bad news, which isn't any service companies fault, he was pleasant to work with. Everyone at Ultimate Comfort has treated us with respect and provided us a depth of detail and caring that is lost on most.

I was referred to Ultimate Comfort by a friend who had used them and had nothing but great things to say. Last year I had my A/C installed which went well and they had very competitive pricing, which further attracted me to make my decision to go with Ultimate Comfort. It took 5 times for the City of Tigard to come out and get my inspection complete because of the miscommunication about dates/times (which I took time off work). Finally I set up my own appointment with the City of Tigard so I could ensure the inspection time was accurate. A year later I reached out to get an updated quote on the extended warranty about three times and they have not gotten back to me and month has gone by... Also, I referred a neighbor of mine for central air and I had to remind them to send me the referral reward. Ralph the owner is a nice guy for sure, but the lack of communication and organization is a real bummer.

Amazingly fast! Had our blower motor in our furnace seize up, which caused smoke to billow out of our air return vent. 8:30am on a Saturday... shut the system down, called Ultimate Comfort. By 10:30am we had a new blower installed and we were back in action! And - no charge for the part as it's under warranty, and they handled all the warranty stuff. Great company to work with!

They were great with communication, flexible when working around our scheduling with another construction company, and showed up on time. On top of all that Jack was personable, polite, and even offered to lend us a space heater as our heat would be off for two days in mid December.

Denton came out to inspect an air conditioning unit that was not working. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also educated me on important aspects of the furnace.

His communication was clear and super helpful to my understanding of how the entire system worked. Honest, responsible, and very knowledgeable. I'll definitely call again for regular servicing and any issues that arise.

These guys are just great! I have used their services on several occasions including a new furnace at our cabin and a heat pumped removed in our office and many other instances. Each and every time they do an exceptional job. I know when I call them or refer them to a friend everything will be done and done well!

We had our HVAC installed in January during very cold and snowy weather about the time that everybody else who didn't have an HVAC was trying to get one as well. Ralph and the crew clearly had a lot to juggle trying to meet the needs of many cold houses. I was very impressed about how well they all did. First of all every single person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The install guys were respectful of the house and extremely efficient. Ralph took the time to make sure we were happy every step of the way. He even came out and cut back some trees and later moved the unit to a block to help reduce some noise issues we were having. The units themselves work well, and we were just recently given a reminder that it was time for our maintenance call which was included in the original price. I chose UC because it was the best price, and I would recommend them based on that and their service and personability.
