Ultimate Comfort came to my home and was protective of my health by wearing masks and limiting access to the home. Very professional and great communication throughout the process. Just a simple tune up but I felt like I got great service.

Great experience with this company! We had a pretty extensive project of rebuilding all our duct work and installing a new furnace. The guys were very professional, showed up on time and did great work!

I'm very happy with the unit and feel like if there was any problem at all, I could call and it would be responded to and resolved very quickly. Additionally, if I had any questions about how the unit operated, I'm certain I would have a lot of assistance if I phoned and asked for help.

The installation was a friendly process. I have an older townhouse so it required some reconfiguration in order to get the unit installed which took a little more consideration. I would like to note though since this is a review that the original unit installed had a small leak discovered and had to be replaced. A modest discount as well as an additional year of maintenance was offered for the inconvenience and slight delay in replacing the unit. Since the unit was priced very fairly in the first place, I was content with that offer. I'm especially happy that they checked thoroughly any leaks and found it before leaving so I didn't have to report to them that the unit wasn't funictioning properly later one. Overall, I'm very happy to have the unit which seems to be a good quality appliance and am happy I selected this company. Thank you.

My furnace was not firing on a very cold day. Could not find a hvac company with any available service appointments for days. On Saturday the owner diagnosed the cause over the phone. His instructions allowed me to fix the problem. He has earned my respect and future business

Amazing is the word I would use for Ultimate Comfort. We are an old customer of thiers, and had come across an issue of no hot water. The ownner Ralph truly cares about his customers (old or new). He personally showed us patients, understanding & general carring for our situation. Our problem was fixed in a timely manner. Where as other companies said their waiting list was weeks out & didn't even want to talk about our problem. His prices are fair, and he stand behind his work.
