The company responded very quickly to my request for service. Brad was right on time, explained what he would be doing, performed the install and set up very thoroughly. Very friendly and professional. Would use this company again for much bigger projects.

Prompt and professional from start to finish. Replaced a 20 year old gas furnace with a new high efficiency model. Sterling and Julian did great work, and left the place cleaner than they found it. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Ralph and his team are consummate professionals. Punctual, communicative and efficient. We had a somewhat complicated installation in a roof space and Ralph went the extra mile for us to figure out a solid solution. Highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about my experience with Ralph. He came over and broke down an HVAC strategy in a 5,000 sq/ft triplex with complex conditions. All the while being incredibly friendly. He didn't charge me anything for his insight. I couldn't believe it. Hire this company now! Oh, and then he gave me a referral for a air duct cleaner who then gave me 10% off the cleaning b/c I was referred by Ralph. You are a good company.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have used Ultimate Comfort in my business (Pathway Property Mgmt) for over a year in the Portland metro area. When my mother-in-law's heating system went out at her home in Waldport, OR, I had no hesitation to call on Ralph and Dave. They bid the job within one day, took the time to drive over to the coast (3+hrs) for a two day installation. My mother-in-law was so pleased (and this is hard to do!) that she is now telling all her friends about Ultimate Comfort. Efficient, fair pricing, prompt service ON TIME, and very knowledgeable. Great guys to work with on jobs small and large.

Not impressed. I called Ultimate Comfort as they are a Pro Partner for Rheem. Our initial install by a different company had not gone so well. I wanted Ultimate Comfort to provide a professional diagnosis of how to fix an issue with air flow and provide a quote to fix the ducting. Dave came out but by his questions had no clue why he was there. He seemed standoff-ish about helping us. He recommended the cfm inflows and outflows be measured at each register. But oh, he left the device to measure this back at the office. Did he offer to go get it or come back to complete the measurements-of course not. A slightly positive aspect is he showed us how to find compatibility between air handlers and heat pumps via AHRI. But there was no mention of costs when I called to schedule the apt of any service charge. So I spent $185 for less than an hour's worth of time and got nothing but a poor experience. I think Rheem would be upset that a Pro Partner provided an experience such as this.

I use Ultimate Comfort exclusively. I refer them to all my clients when putting a new home on the market to sell or as a result of a home inspection. I also use them for all my rentals. They do a phenomenal job. They are punctual and reasonable. It is refreshing to work with such a professional group of people.

Ralph responded to my phone call during an emergency when no one else would even answer their phone. He was so nice and really knew what he was doing. He had the furnace working in less than 24 hours on the weekend during the ice storm. Thank you so much!

Dave came out to first clean and inspect our 37 year old general electric system. Surprisingly the heat pump was in fairly good condition. The indoor unit was NOT as a result of one agressive scrub-brush tracked to almost a year prior when power bills were hiked up do to smothered airflow...Dave even tried to comb out the coil but it wasn't about to budge so Dave recommended a high efficiency Rheem heat pump replacement and talked us into a variable speed electric furnace and we couldn't have be happier! 6 months now and going strong!
