Bend Heating & Sheet Metal

Had repairman come out to the house. Thought we would try a new company. Explained in detail the problem with our HP and the failed switch that had been replaced five times. He replaced it with the same switch and didn't do any other analysis (like looking for a short). We were charged a standard service fee but the part cost five times what we have paid in the past. The switch lasted 14 days. I'm calling them this morning. We'll see what they say.

A major kudos to these guys. I called with questions and woman answering the phone was so sweet and helpful. She couldn't 100% help me herself so she took my number so somebody could call me back. Troy called me back and even stopped by my house, at no cost, to see the issue I was having with my metal stove. This is some of the best customer service I received in a long time! Thank you guys!
