Ray and Ethan were great! They were on time, friendly, and got the job done in a timely fashion despite our house giving them all kinds of trouble! Very thorough inspection and estimation for the replacement of my furnace and AC. Ricki did an analysis of the house for sizing and provided 4 options. Very knowledgeable about the products and installation required for a quality job. Awareness that they are more expensive than average but their package is designed for high satisfaction. I have not selected a HVAC for the project due to higher estimates than I expected.

I was very happy and relieved, due to a previous service visit just a week earlier by another company that I found lacking knowledge about my ERV unit, with Derek’s visit to both service and tend to cleaning and ensuring my HVAC was working properly.

He arrived early in the time window that was given and a text and email forewarning me he was en route. He took detailed photos of the system before his work and after (he cleaned it with close detailing as a mouse had made a nest inside), provided resources to prevent such a visitor in the future and before he began, he let me know what the cost would be. He did not try to sell me anything or push the maintenance plan option, but did answer questions at the end of his visit when I inquired. He simply ensured what I had called to have tended to was done, and shared that all was working as it should after testing the system and inspecting the unit (the aforementioned previous company didn’t even turn the system on to test the air flow - a red-flag even to my novice HVAC eye). He was friendly, but not overtly. He was professional and highly knowledgeable of my system and others we talked about. I would and will work with Home Heating & Cooling again, and Derek’s expertise as well. Thankful for the entire team for scheduling me in a timely manner and for their knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We had Ray over to clean our ducts. He did a great job had a great attitude and talked us through the whole process. I also appreciated things he pointed out that we could upgrade or fox to make our heating and cooling of our house more energy efficient. Will have them out for this service again in the future. Ricky came to my home to give me a quote on cleaning my home ducts and dryer vent. He examined all duct vents in my house and went under the house to check it out there as well. He examined my thermostat and my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and shared some ideas on operating my system. He also talked to me about how heat pumps work! I feel a lot more confident about my system! He gave me a very good quote - I had talked with about 5 businesses about doing the job. While they aren't the cheapest (somewhere in the middle), I think they are the most thorough without adding unnecessary additions. I was very pleased with Ricky and will post another comment once the work is done in a few weeks.

Ray was on time, completely explained what he and his partner, Ethan, were going to do to complete the duct cleaning and the cleaning of the dryer vent. We appreciated his friendly, efficient and excellent work. He and Ethan worked well together and both were very professional.

Jonathan arrived at my home on time and introduced himself. He explained what he would be doing while he was in my home. He examined all components of my system and provided a great explanation of what he observed and a few recommendations. He gave me some tips for optimizing my system - I am cold during the day, but a warm sleeper. He was very professional and helpful. Thanks Jonathan!!

Neil from Home Heating and Cooling came out to our house and did a very professional, thorough estimate and took a great deal of time educating us on what we could expect from their service. A few days later, Ethan and Ray did a great job cleaning our ducts for us. They were total pros- showing up right on time, dressed professionally, were very careful protecting the inside of our home while they worked and did a very thorough job cleaning our HVAC ducts. Indra handled the installation of our new AC and heat pump system. He was fantastic and did an amazing job. Our existing furnace was a bit unusual and he put in the extra effort to fix a lot of issues while upgrading and installing the new AC. All the staff from Home Heating & Cooling were professional and worked hard to get everything done in the shortest possible time. We are so happy with our new system and the whole house AC system will be a lifesaver when it get hot and smoky out there. We keep coming back to this company to take care of our house because they're a great local business, always friendly and responsive!
