We r going to keep this simple. I am a tradesman and have a mixed feelings about most contractors. Many contractors don’t do problems/situations very well. They make excuses or ghost you! This company from owner/office on down to their plumbers n the field have been top-notch professionals and solution based.

They help you keep costs down by making sure the customer is fully informed(in layman’s terms) so you can decide what actually needs to be done in light of other potentially related tasks, like choosing a vanity with the sink in the right position to work with existing plumbing. We have a vacation home that we visit every couple of weeks. When we arrived yesterday, the shower faucet was dripping and according to our son, it had been doing this for several days. Since we were only going to be here a couple of days, this needed to get fixed immediately. I called Deschutes Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. They arrange to have a person out the next morning. The plumber arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes. The plumber was careful about shoes in the house (he didn’t wear them), and he left the shower in better shape than when he arrived. He was efficient, friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and he did a fine job. Deschutes Plumbing is now clearly on our “go to” list of contractors when we need work done.

I used Deschutes Plumbing to remove our tub shower enclosure and install a new shower and plumbing fixtures. The team that was sent to do the installation were professional, friendly, on time, and provided quality workmanship.

The two plumbers Deshutes Plumbing sent were outstanding. They went in to replace and install new toilets in our home. They were extremely efficient and it became apparent that they knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with their work and plan on using them again on any future plumbing issues.

Very pleased with Deschutes Plumbing. Ken showed up on time and diligently worked till water heater was replaced and working well. Found office personnel to be helpful and professional dealing with some delays with restoration. Would definitely use them again for plumbing jobs.
