Deschutes Plumbing came out to proactively replace my water heater and a frost-free spigot that leaked. Ellis arrived on time, giving me a 30 minute heads up. I found him to be extremely competent, honest, professional/polite, and hard working. He explained what he was going to do and took great effort to minimize any disruption to my daily activities! The water heater replacement went off without a hitch, and he left the work area clean. The spigot presented a challenge in that we couldn’t find access for him to crawl under my house to complete the repair (he had absolutely no qualms about doing so, saying it was all part of the job!) and persevered until we found the access hatch, at which point he completed the repair. I certainly recommend Deschutes Plumbing based on my experience with Ellis and Chris (who came to assist with the old water heater removal)! Bend is a great place with many wonderful craftsmen, but Deschutes Plumbing really shines!

Deschutes Plumbing did a great job at providing multiple quotes until the scope and price was clearly representative of what we needed. Then followed up with great communications, responsiveness and knowledgeable, on time, on schedule, on site service. I'm recommending Deschutes Plumbing and will use them again.

The work at my home is not completed at the time of this review but, our experience thus far has been very, very good. They are quick to respond and professional and I feel that they honestly have our best interests in mind. We had a leak in pipe that could be covered by the manufacturer of that pipe that I never would have known of, but they are following through with all the documentation, etc. to see if this is covered, great extra effort! If you need a plumber, these are the guys to call!

I called Deschutes Plumbing just before closing and told them I had a water heater leak. They said that they could be out to house in the morning. The service guy arrived around 11am, fixed the leak and charged me a very reasonable amount. I would definitely use them again. Mark

Deschutes Plumbing did a great job on installing a drain for a steam humidifier in our garage and had the flexibility to take care of installing other fixtures during the same visit. Their response time for my urgent request was next business day. I have used Deschutes Plumbing several times and I am always very satisfied with their work.

Have had 3 contacts with Deshutes Plumbing. From phone conversations, to visiting shop and two encounters at my home they have been gr8. Just establishing ourselves here in Bend and I believe we have found r plumbing contractor. Jason capped gas line and gave me helpful information. We r having a Bath Planet tub installed and Andy has been great also. Very impressed that they r using EV vans also
