I was impressed! I have found it challenging to get help all those jobs that need doing around the house. The older I get the more help I need.

Everything about this job was outstanding. That includes scheduling the appointment, arriving on time, doing the work properly and general friendliness. If I need something in the future this is the place I’ll call.

Deschutes Plumbing did a large commercial project for us. They were responsive and completed the project on time. They are great to work with. We will be using them in the future.

We didn't have an actual plumbing problem. Jason Tedrow of Deschutes Plumbing came out to help us figure out how to increase the water pressure in our well-based system. Turns out we have an unusual situation that's outside the domain of Deschutes. While he couldn't solve our problem directly, Jason spent quite a bit of time tracking down the right people to determine how our system works and address our issue. If Jason is representative of how Deschutes Plumbing operates, I give them 5 stars.

It was a large and difficult project, any issues we ran across and we ran across many, they were never fazed, they remained professional throughout and stood by their original bid. Great company. Never had a bad experience and I’ve used them several times. Truly great customer service. As always, plan your plumbing needs a few weeks in advance- or expect to pay a bit for an emergency- but that’s the life of a specialty service!

Deschutes Plumbing recently installed a tankless hot water system in my home. It was a tricky and complicated install which they executed with precision and in one day. Installer was polite, considerate and professional, and ensured my satisfaction before he called the job done. And I really appreciated the owner calling me a few days later to make sure I was 100% happy. Will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs!

They showed up on time and completed the sink drain repair in a timely manner. I highly recommend Deschutes Plumbing.

They replaced the entire hot water side of the plumbing. Interacted with multiple members of their team over a 2 1/2 to 3 week period while this project was completed. All of my interactions with them were from out of state which you think would’ve made things difficult. However my experience with the Deschutes Plumbing team was nothing short of outstanding. I would highly recommend them!
