We noticed a leak in an outside faucet and needed repairs quickly as water was running inside of the wall. Lived in Bend for 45+ years and we've always had expert service from Deschutes Plumbing. As usual they responded courteously and quickly. Mike arrived when scheduled, went straight to work, and professionally resolved the problem with a new hose bib. He also helped clean up some of the insulation damage in the wall. What a guy! Thanks Deschutes Plumbing! You'll always be our first choice to call when we have plumbing problems.

I had to do a plumbing repair at a remote facility in Bend for the company where I work. I went to the local supply store to get parts and found they needed to be shipped in. I had to leave the state the next day and asked the counter guy if he had a plumber he could recommend. He looked around the store and pointed to the only other person in sight and said “he’s a plumber”. Turned out to be Justin from Deschutes Plumbing. He said “no problem, we can take care of that”. The next week they picked up the parts, went to the building and did the repairs. Thanks for taking care of it. Saved me a lot of travel time.

A quote from my mom, "He hooked up a shower head in the first bathroom for me. I told the technician I am pleased with his work and I am happy with how well he fixed my issues. Along with him being pleasant, kind, respectful and careful with everything in my house". I found out later he slipped in the snow and hurt his knee. Now I know why he told my mom he was heading to the hospital after her appointment, he needed to take care of his injury. That is dedication and putting the customer first! I hope he is o.k and recovering from his injury.

Casey and team did a phenomenal job of working with me on a complicated remodel project for a historic house. they were responsive, quick, clean, and flexible in working through the rough-in work and I look forward to continuing work through final installation.

They fix what needs to be fixed, clean up after themselves and send me an invoice that I feel is reasonable for the service I received.
