I called about an urgent need that is a smaller job, updating and replacing the shower fixtures and valve. They offered me an immediate date, did some troubleshooting with me, and then followed through. Very communicative and professional. They were referred to me and I would refer them as well.

Nothing but a great experience. From calling to schedule to getting our water heater sooner than expected. Jason ran late at the job before but still made time to come help us because we were completely without hot water! Communication was great, work was quality. An unexpected dishwasher issue occurred as a result of a sink and faucet installation. Deschutes Plumbing was on it and reasonably and fairly resolved the issue. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing services.

Had intermittent sewer smell coming from laundry in new house. Jason came out and did a very thorough job including going under house to look for cracked pipes. Ultimately he identified the source as a missing cap on a sewer access pipe. He had an extra one with him and was able to install it on the spot. Problem fixed!! Affordable pricing too. Would happily use them again.
