The best service ever I have received recently. Neil is so pleasant and so easy to work with. I need to explore whether to add duct system and furnace to a 1980 house vs use a duck less option. Many factors to consider. He totally knows his trade and what I am looking for . He explained to me all options, and made excellent recommendations. I am an investor based out of Bend. It is very touch to do a remote renovation . Neil makes me feel that folks in Bend are so smart, reliable, trustworthy and kind and honest. Holy Hannah!! I've gotta say I am SO stinkin' impressed with this company!!! Neil came last week, did the inspection of our home, was extremely thorough, very courteous and so knowledgeable!! Nick ended up coming today to do the cleaning and he also was so thorough, courteous and took his time to make sure the job was done perfectly! We just received our before and after photos which is also impressive!! Just all in all, exceptional service and will definitely recommend Home Heating & Cooling to anyone!

Neil arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. After inspecting our ducts we got a pleasant surprise. Neil indicated that we did not need to have our heating and cooling ducts cleaned at this time. He recommended that we should consider it in about 5 years. I was astonished that a company would exhibit this level of honesty and integrity to tell us that we did not need their services. This is unheard of in the service industry. I highly reccomend the services of Home Heating & Cooling.

I have used Home Heating & Cooling's services multiple times. Starting with furnace and A/C maintenance after purchasing my home all the way through to new system installation very recently. It was extremely easy to book an appointment, they were always on time (or a little early in a few cases - they send you a text when they are leaving the office location, so you can generally gauge ~when they will be getting there), the crew showing up was courteous and explained the service happening, and completed whatever the project was in a timely manner.

I have worked with a number of individuals from the company and every single person was polite, trustworthy, and someone I truly trusted to be in (and under) my home. That was very important to me as I couldn't be at home the whole time during each project.

Ray did a great job helping clean out all the vents. He showed up on time he was very polite and very respectful. He worked really hard to make sure that the job was done correctly and he took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't be happier with the job

HH&C earned my business a few years ago when they fixed an issue on the first attempt that the other guys couldn't even find after multiple attempts. I have had nothing but great interactions with the whole team. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and professional. I just had a new system installed and couldn't be happier. Indra and Dakota were able to get the job done in just two days!

The owner Ric and his team were very responsive and changed their schedule to accommodate my needs. The technician arrived on time and finished the repair as promised. It was a great experience.
