My Tech Derek was amazing. He helped me identify the issues with my system very quickly and had a great attitude the whole time. With his help I learned of a few things my original installer shortcutted that could have caused some costly issues in the future. He also had a great knowledge of the products he was offering. The company offers some great services too and I would recommend signing up for their club program.

We've used HOME several times and every experience has been top notch. Nic was prompt, efficient, and helpful in answer all of my questions - will certainly be using the again.

Home Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job replacing my old furnace with a new, properly sized, more efficient furnace. They were very professional by showing up when they said they would and they kept me informed during the complete process. Indra and his crew were very knowledgeable in all facets of installation and they worked very efficiently. While replacing a furnace in the middle of winter was not something I want to repeat, Home Heating helped a lot by providing us enough space heaters to keep the house livable and they did everything they could to get us back to normal as quickly as possible. I was really impressed with their service.

Indra and his team were amazing to have work on our house. They told me exactly what was going to be happening and the timeline to expect. Not only that but they even shifted some things around throughout the day to be sure I could get my one year old down for a nap. So accommodating! Home Heating and Cooling gets 5 stars from me. All the guys were great. Professional, polite and helpful. Made sure the entire project was done right and was comfortable for us the whole time. I would highly recommend them for service, repair and whole home heating and cooling. I didn’t check “good value” only because I don’t know how they compare.

I recently contacted Home Heating and Cooling for a quote on a heat pump and gas furnace to replace my current furnace and provide cooling for our house. First off the team was awesome. Neil evaluated my current HVAC system and provided a variety of options and prices to fit our needs and budget. We decided to go with the Premium option and signed the contract and got on the books for the duct cleaning and installation of our new system. Indra and Raymond demoed our current furnace and ducting and provided the duct cleaning service which took about two hours (see the before and after photos).

After the duct cleaning Indra and Dakota started the installation of our new heat pump and furnace. They were professional and coordinated the concrete cutting and electrician to get the appropriate ventilation lines in place. They initially said it would take about three days to complete, but finished a day early.

Needless to say we're very happy with our new system and highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling if you need HVAC services in Central Oregon. Thanks for team's help Ric!

These guys are awesome! I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone. They are reliable, fast, easy tow work with, economical, and they do good work. We were also able to get on their calendar relatively soon, which is not an easy thing for Bend! Indra, Dakota, and Chris were amazing. They put in a vent over our stove and through our attic to the outside of our house! They figured out a way t connect it to another vent rather than putting new vent through our roof. Really great job! Now we no long have an old downdraft stove and we have a vent!! I would leave 6 stars if I could.

Indra worked with his crew to install a new HVAC unit, clean and repair our ductwork, repair our dryer vent, and much more. His team was professional throughout the entire process and we’re really pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you!
