Central Oregon Heating & Cooling does not disappoint! We called them last year for a plumbing issue and hired them again this year for a cooling issue. Heating and cooling is never cheap, but this company is very fair on pricing! They don’t price gouge and are professional and quick! We are thankful to have them in town!

From calling for an appointment to meeting with the plumbing project manager and making the appointment to have 4 sinks installed and faucets installed for each and installing a garbage disposal everyone was friendly, courteous, very helpful and professional. Jason and his associate were on time and did a beautiful job installing everything, making sure everything worked and answering all our questions. They were amazing and we couldn’t be happier!! Great job!!! Thank you very much!!!! We will definitely do business with you again!!!

They scheduled my regular maintenance man to do the check on the furnace in my new to me home. Damon found a gas leak and recommended a replacement of the23 year old furnace. A sales person, Chris, was in the next day and did a complete check and evaluation of the homes heating needs including the ducting. He ran the information on his computer and was able to give me the choice of several components including the cost. After selection he said the new furnace and heat pump would be installed the next day if not the day after. Neither happened. I appreciate Chris responding to a message i sent well after hours. He has since done several check ins with me. It was the following week. I was concerned because of the gas leak and the repair work happening in the home . I was assured all would be fine. I was told they had an emergency one night and the equipment scheduled for me could have been used at that time. My new equipment in now installed and once i move in my long time maintenance man, Damon, will come and teach me how to use my new thermostat and about the other equipment. I appreciate all of the response i have received from the team.

We’ve had 2 units installed by them and they have serviced our HVAC for years. We are always thoroughly impressed with their service team, in particular Eric who has helped us a lot. We recently had an issue in our guesthouse where we needed fast service for a loose wire and they were quick to respond, resolving our issue faster than we expected.

Our furnace was not working. You were able to put us on the schedule today! Your technician was awesome. He was able to find and repair the issue quickly.

I called in search of finding someone to look at our older gas fireplace that stopped working. Someone was sent out the next day! He showed up on time, reached his hand out to introduce himself and set to work! He was respectful of our home and figured out the problem! We paid and was emailed a copy of the receipt immediately. I highly recommend using this company. Good old fashioned work ethics and outstanding customer service!

I’ve used Central Oregon heating and cooling and plumbing several times now. From small jobs to large jobs and they have truly exceeded my expectations every time. David has personally gone out of his way multiple times to take care of me. Hes gone over and above to make sure my clients are happy and everything gets taken care of on time. Always gets back to me and follows through with what he says. Will and Jordan are excellent plumbers. Will is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the work that he was doing on a very large important project.
Jason and Taylor were the most recent to give me a hand, and they were outstanding. very professional, very tedious when it came to positioning the shower valves. Really went the extra mile to make sure that I wasn’t going to have any issues down the road when setting the tile. I really appreciate everything central Oregon heating and cooling has done for me and my business I will always give them a call when I need plumbing and HVAC.

Had a HVAC system inspection done prior to selling house. They were professional and performed the service as requested. $334 for being at our house just over an hour with no material costs seems way overpriced. Need more competition in the market I guess. Would definitely shop around before using again.
