Two years ago we had COHC come out to replace some ductwork that had collapsed. It was a very difficult job and they made multiple trips to make sure everything was working correctly. The young man Nick was even prepared to come back on Thanksgiving Day, but we have a gas stove/fireplace that heats our home well and I asked him to stay home with his family.
They sent an email recently with an amazing offer and we had our furnace replaced along with adding an A/C unit. The field crew was excellent and had everything installed and cleaned up in less than 8 hours.

Tried to work with this company multiple times but the customer service and follow through is just not there. Techs unable to resolve issue after multiple attempts and months of service appointments. I don't think I would do business with this company as they don't really seem to try to follow through with good customer service.
