Jason was able to come to our home on the weekend with not much notice. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. After using a different local company in the past we will be sure to use Central Oregon Heating & Cooling for any of our HVAC future needs. Jason is the main reason why we would switch. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful on helping me pick the right furnace and EC unit that would best suit me for my house. Fred and the other guys installing the furnace and AC were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful to me on understanding the workings of my furnace and AC unit. They also came back for a walk-through to make sure I understood and knew how to use everything, and make sure things were still working and proper order.

He was on time and went right to work... He was pleasant to talk with, and it was a hassle free experience. In fact, he'll be back to do a couple other jobs as well. Thanks again!

Private sewer pump to city pressure line. Pump went out @1 on a Friday. I found a pump locally at a dealer, called every septic/plumbing co I could find and these guys had a last minute cancel and came out and swapped pump, checked out the rest and got us back going within a couple hours. Professional yes, knowledgeable yes. All good.

I had Eric MacDougall come out to give me a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. Another company quoted me $17K to replace it. Eric looked at it and in less than 5 minutes, identified the issue and solved the problem right there (some insulation had fallen as was blocking air flow). Not only did he save me $17K, he won my business for life and I will be referring everyone I know to him.

COHC is always on the spot. The tech showed up on time, was super professional and thorough and answered all of my questions. They continue to be my “go to” HVAC company.

We have used central Oregon heating and cooling for service several times before, today they came out to diagnose and repair. They they found the problem right away, had the part with them and had it up and running in less than an hour. They checked to make sure that the heat and ac were working. Parts and labor was very reasonable. We will be sticking with Central Oregon heating and cooling in the future.
