I’ve used Central Oregon Heating for several years now. They remind me when it’s time for maintenance, great customer service, professional and friendly service people, communication is wonderful.

While the plumber worked quickly and I was quoted 140/hr for the work. It took him 2 hours. He gave my wife a bill for 850$!

I have a full length video of the work duration and they tried to say it was 2 hours 40 minutes.

The facebook promotion said discounts on hot water installs and I should have qualified for the 100$ promotion. I said forget the promotion of 100$ off and just do the 140/hr and we'll call it fine.

I'm torn on how to rate them on stars. While the plumber did good work it was sketchy on how the billing went down.

Absolutely Fantastic. I called on a day that it was 100° and they were there on that day. Mark Streeter was fantastic in setting it up and Kyle Beck did an awesome job and not only repairing what was that evidently wrong but also auditing the system so that future call backs were unnecessary. Communication was just amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!

Cody was pleasant, efficient, organized & knowledgeable. He shared alot of useful information with us.
