Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I used this company two years to install a furnace in aproperty in Bend. They tried to charge me for something that the sales person was including and were insistent. This left a bad taste in my mouth.
Then a couple weeks ago it came to my attention that they failed their final inspection on the furnace , this incomplet permit was blocking other permits from being issued.
I called and spoke to a live person at their office and nobody has called
Me back in over two weeks. I find this completely outrageous.

Very nice repairman but he did not give me the $36 dollar rebate although I have the card. Otherwise the work was done quickly and I have used Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for years to maintain my furnace and heat pump.

Our service person inspected our furnace and informed us about its likely upcoming maintenance. He fixed our gas fireplace and polished it to look like new!
I appreciated how I could ask him questions and he gave me his professional opinion with many possibilities and ranges. He gave me his time and treated me with respect.

Bryce, Eric, scheduling team, maintenance, and install team were exceptional.

We are very happy with our new water heater and HVAC system.

Incredibly responsive. Called at 7pm. Spoke to their service. Got a return call in 3 min. We discussed what the possible problem was and he recommended they come out next morning which they did. Determined problem and returned within 24 hrs to make fix. Great communication and always on time.

I had called a different vendor. They came on Saturday and said it would need a part. Called them Wednesday afternoon and they hadn’t yet ordered it. Told them never mind and called Central Heating. They were here Thursday. Fixed problem and final price including a year’s worth of service contract was HALF the price the other vendor said it would cost. Professional, timely, great value, and fixed the problem on that same day! Couldn’t ask for more.

The tech (Jim) was very professional and knowledgeable and provided clear explanation of the issues and options. I’m pleased with the quick response also!

Mike Dixon did an amaizing job, he was early and finished the repair in a timely fashion. The information he shared was very useful as well.

Randy did a great job! Thank you for the excellent service and communication regarding my system’s maintenance.

Jason was very polite and knowledgeable. I just wanted to be sure my system was working okay and he assured me that it was.
