The tech showed up when he said he would it took as much time as he stated and he was very professional and courteous.

Kody came out today to quote an entirely new HVAC system and water heater replacement, current setup was almost 20 years old and showing issues associated with age. I cannot express how professional and thorough Kody was about ensuring exactly what our issues are, and that our proposed solution would address those concerns and not just be a gross expenditure of money without the recoupable value. He did an excellent join communicating our situation, advising ways to enhance our plan, and ways to reduce cost in the near and long term. Overall I was left quite impressed, and their quote ended up being a bit less than the competition's (we got the quote this afternoon, same day). Highly recommend looking at Central Oregon for any future work you are looking at getting done, and if it is HVAC, ask for Kody with a K, I promise you that you will appreciate it.

Took 2 1/2 years to get someone to agree there was a problem.
No communication from company. Techs were professional. Not sure completely knowledgeable.
Will use different company in future.

My gas fireplace was not working. The company accessed the problem early December and completed the job early January. Very professional friendly technician worked on the job from beginning to end. Thank you so much 🙏🏻
