I loved that he explained everything as he went and provided education information about our heating and cooling systems. I really appreciated the offer to wear a mask in our home around my young kids. He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be sticking with this company for future needs!

Repaired furnace pilot light.....Without a doubt Central Oregon Heating and Cooling has to have the best customer service of my lifetime. Today's service call mark's the 4th time in 2 1/2 yrs. I've had to call on them re issues. KUDOS to office staff and service repairmen, they're amazing!! ♥️😊♥️

The service tech showed up as scheduled and listened to what I had to say. He then checked my furnace and let me know what he found. He then cleaned the sparker, checked the unit and installed a new filter I provided. He offer some advice about air flow and the importance of changing out the filter. The furnace works well and I thanked him. Great service.

Mike had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes and the repair complete in 30 minutes.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent company to work with.

Did a great job of repairing our AC quickly and educating us on what had gone wrong and how to identify the issue. These guys were really busting their butts during the heat wave that is happening here is central oregon right now and doing it with a super friendly attitude and a big smile. I first called for the estimate in August received an estimate. I asked some questions and never received a reply to my email. In November I was contacted twice to schedule an appointment. Adam was very good and did what he could but that was a long time with no communication. The electrician showed up from Redmond electrical and they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Then the installer from Oregon central heating showed up to do the install and in order to find where the beam was he drove a screwdriver through my wall and left a hole in the sheet rock. He offered to fill it with silicone but that’s not easily paintable so we declined. He Left a huge mess of sawdust and he was going to push our oven back over the top of it and not clean up. we protested and got out our own vacuum cleaner. He also left the exhaust pipe open while he cut through our roof so all the shavings fell into the venting pipe which he should’ve covered. When he left we had a big cleanup to do on our stove and countertops. Everything in the kitchen was covered with Sheetrock dust, insulation and shavings. I think they could do better.

We received a return call right away and an appointment by Erik McDoogle He was great and said he would send a bid right away or at the latest over the weekend. We have not heard from him so we are not sure if there was a misunderstanding. We will contact him and see
