We use Pinewood Appliance Repair for our rentals as well as our home, and are always pleased with the timeliness and friendliness of the technicians. Pinewood Appliance stands by their work and does the right thing; a miracle it seems these days. I’d use them for any repairs without hesitation.

We used Pinewood to repair our dishwasher after trying unsuccessfully to use another business. Pinewood was able to correctly diagnose the problem and fixed our dishwasher! They were professional and easy to communicate with. Even more important they valued our needs and time. I would highly recommend their business.

We have an elderly Sub Zero refrigerator 20+ years old which quit working. Our service technician got to us a day early, replaced a switch and all is working like new. Completely reasonable price (it is a Sub Zero), timely, friendly, and glad they were the first to call us back. We have used them in the past with other appliances and they have always done a great job for us.

The inner glass of my oven shattered. I took the door in and the needed part was ordered and installed as soon as it arrived. I was called twice during the week to update the status. I was treated very well as these days...everything is expensive. Thought the price was good; the service and communication very good. I recommend and will use again when needed

My ice maker went out in my fridge. I called and left messages with 3 other appliance stores in town with no call backs or anything. I called Pinewood and they scheduled a time for a tech to come take a look. The tech took about 2 minutes to diagnose the issue and show me where the part had burned up. It was evident the diagnosis was correct and the part was the issue. They ordered a new part and I watch him replace the broken one and in 10 minutes we were making ice again! The cocktails flowed. I'm keeping their business card on hand, highly recommend.

Today, 12-10-2020, we had Rich from Pinewood out to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator ice-maker. The result is that we needed a new ice-maker and Rich had the correct part in his van. Very professional, on rime and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I needed a part for our dryer. I called Pinewood Appliance Repair to see if they had the part. They called back and said they had the part, but it was past their closing time. But they were able to accommodate me and I had a working dryer instead of waiting over the weekend for the part. I'm very grateful for Pinewood Appliance Repair.

We were from out of town and helping my significant others aunt fix her range and stove that lives in town. We only needed a couple small electrical terminals and they not only had what we needed but gave them to us. Now we are from the big city but I think there are plenty of places where we live that could learn what excellent customer service is from Pinewood Appliance. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us.
