Neil, Ray and Ethan were all great to work with! We were overdue in getting our crawl space ducts fixed up. These guys knew what needed to be done and were effective and efficient in doing so. Much appreciated!!

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my A/C unit, and they sent help the very next day, even though it was a Saturday! Ric and Jonathan were both extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! :)

From the first contact over the phone, my experience was great. Very professional, friendly, and warm. I had an appointment the very next morning and felt confident that things would be taken care of. I help a family in town who had scheduled an appliance repair with a different company for the day I called. It was cancelled by that other company at the last minute which resulted in a huge problem but I could tell that I didn't need to worry about Home Heating & Cooling. When my appointment time arrived, Derek was right on time. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very comfortable with him and he was thorough in explaining what he did and what my options were, including exact pricing. He provided me with all of the information that I needed to make a very well thought out decision moving forward. He had immediate answers to all of my questions and was gracious throughout. I will be using Home Heating & Cooling for all of the services they provide in the future. I wish I had found them years ago! I have had separate companies perform the various services that I can now make one phone call to accomplish! I am a loyal customer when I use a company if I am happy, but the past companies I used were out of business already so I gave these guys a try. They had the best reviews and have been in business for a long time. Their repair staff has to meet high standards, which I appreciate. I will be calling them not only for my furnace maintenance, but also for my cooling system and cleaning my ductwork and dryer vent. I highly recommend this company and especially Derek!

I’ve been using this company for 6 years and have always enjoyed their services. They are professional, on time, and know their stuff. Johnathan even took extra time calling around to different states to find the parts we needed for our ancient system and put together an option list for us. Needed to find a company to clean a dryer vent in the process of selling a home. One phone call and it was scheduled for the next day. I wasn't on site for the work so Dakota called as soon as he was done, explained what he found and sent pictures. I appreciated the efficient communication and could tell they care about their customers.

Customer Service is #1 to this company. We recently asked 3 HVAC companies to give us estimates to install AC in our La Pine home. Home Heating stood out from the others. From the first call to Craig to make the appointment for the estimate, to Ric showing up for the appointment at the exact scheduled time, to the installation by Dakota and Indra, to Cecilia making a special trip to deliver parts to the guys. I am blown away by my first experience with Home Heating & Cooling. It started with my first call with Craig in the office who immediately wanted to know how they could work with their schedule to help get heat going in my house from a previous thermostat shortage ASAP. He was sympathetic and insistent on getting help for us the next day for the repair. Jeremy showed up on time and incredibly professional, patient and fixed the thermostat quickly. He is very knowledgeable and helped me even set up my Nest app to get me up and running on my phone. A+++ to you all for this great experience. I will be signing up for maintenance and future help! We have used Home Heating and Cooling since we moved to Bend almost 10 years ago and we’ve had great experiences with Ric and his employees. We had numerous things done by them and all to improve our home. We would definitely recommend them!
