Ric was thorough and timely in scoping out our needs. Indra and his team were excellent! Incredibly fast and precise. We had worked with another HVAC company prior to HOME and our experience with HOME was far superior. Great company, great service!

Ric, the owner, called me while out of town on his day off. Then had Derek come fix our furnace with little to no notice. Fast, quality work and customer service. I will always recommend and use Home Heating and Cooling. Thank you for the amazing service and prompt service.

Derek was early for a broken furnace igniter repair, a very welcome surprise when I woke up cold from it breaking overnight. Would recommend as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions well

The entire process with Home heating & cooling was pretty painless. We originally were looking for just duct cleaning in a house we had just bought as they were filthy, but soon realized the house gets quite warm. We have sled dogs so 90+ in the house is just too much for them. The team was able to get someone out quickly to get a quote and determine where best to place the AC unit. Installation day 2 techs showed up bright and early, eager to knock this project out. Indra was the lead tech and Ray did the duct cleaning as well as assisted Indra with the installation, both these guys were super polite and answered any questions I had with patience and a smile. Unfortunately they were unable to complete the job in 1 day as they had some family obligations, it they were able to at least get the cold air blowing before they departed so we were comfortable through the weekend. The fact that Ric (owner) called to let us know this and take responsibility for getting his guys to their family events speaks volumes for how this company takes care of its employees. Indra returned this morning with Nic, a different assistant this morning to finish up the project and I can't be happier with the outcome! I can't recommend these folks more, you won't be disappointed!

Derek was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our furnace failed with temperatures in the 20’s. Home heating responded within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, retrieved the required parts and installed the same day. :)

Amazing crew! They came out during the heat wave (103 degrees) and took their time setting everything up to ensure it was done correctly. The customer service was impeccable and they kept us abreast of what was going on during the entire setup. Our home feels so much better now :). Thank you Dakota and the rest of the crew for setting up our new AC!

Johnathan gave us an incorrect diagnosis. He "fixed" our outside unit, then a week later it didn't work again. When he returned, he insisted on coming inside with me (young female, home alone) and when I insisted our unit was not inside and refused to let him in, became very rude. I located the unit in our garage, he told me we had to clear all of the things from our garage and tear down a built in shelf. We rescheduled with Jeremy who came while my husband was home, fixed the outside unit in under 15 minutes (it needed a new capacitor as my husband told me and I had tried to tell Johnathan who would not listen to me, insisting he needed inside and that we needed to rip the shelf out). I cannot help but fear Johnathan had malicious intent, as someone else from their company fixed the outside unit with no problems. So Johnathan came twice and incorrectly diagnosed our unit, made us clear out the garage unnecessarily, treated me like garbage and made us sweat out the heat wave with no A/C because he doesn't know how to do his job. I would recommend Jeremy, but not this company. I have reached out to the owner with no response.

Our A/C went out last night in the midst of a week long heat wave; 105 today and 4 or 5 more brutal days to come. I had not used Home Heating & Cooling in the past but my regular provider could not come for a week which is also the response I got from 2 other providers I called but when I called Home they had a technician at my house within 3 hours and the issue fixed within 4. Awesome service, responsiveness, and professionalism; cudos to Nic and Derek for a great job. I was so impressed and grateful as to how they responded even though I was not a regular customer that i signed a service agreement on the spot for next years maintenance. I can honestly say they saved the day, and I am now their regular customer.
On time and do very good work!

Have had this heat pump system for 5 years; no problems. Excellent product and well worth the investment. Service technicians always punctual, responsive and courteous. Technician Nic provided excellent service and performed complete annual check of our system. Courteous and well mannered; would highly recommend.
