Bend heating has helped us out more than once. We had a bad expierience with another heating and air conditioning company. Joe is the best. He is honest and absolutely knows what he is doing. Thank you Bend Heating.

Our technician Gio was professional and courteous, and he was able to quickly identify and fix the problem with our furnace.

This is for the service people only! The office people are friendly and professional and were helpful, but the service techs need to learn how to be a decent human being!! The office set up a service window when I called to schedule, and the tech called an hour before that service window, I missed his call because I was at a scheduled appointment and when I called back, he yelled at me that I have to reschedule because I didn't answer within ten minutes of his call, and this is still a FULL HOUR before the agreed upon service window. I'm not happy with how I was spoken to at all and will NEVER be using Bend Heating again. Seems Central Oregon doesn't know how to be nice anymore.

These folks are knowledgeable. The tech service has been spot on. When there's a problem they take care of it. I've used 2 other companies in the past but Bend Heating has earned my repeat business. Thanks.

Ron was prompt, courteous and professional. While we had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment for an annual maintenance, the appointment was kept and the time frame for arrival was a 3 hour block (instead of 8 hours like some businesses). Ron called to let me know when he was 15 to 20 minutes out.

Our A/C system quit working during the heat wave we had here in Bend on a Saturday afternoon. Bend Heating installed our Central heating in 2014. Joe the technician on call was overwhelmed with calls that day, but was still able to come to our home in the evening hours to repair our unit. He was professional and quick to find the problem, as well as having the part with him to make the repair. I cannot thank Bend Heating enough for their quick response and timely repair. Joe, especially gets a big thanks for going out of his way to make time when we needed it most. Thanks again for great service!

The technicians always call ahead before they visit, and they've always been prompt, polite and capable. I have an older heater/air conditioner, and the seem able to keep the units running indefinitely. I'm very pleased.

Over the top, excellent customer service starts upon first contact. It's surprising all that the sheet metal department can do for us. So versatile in so many areas. My recent visit was with ROB. As soon as I presented my issue along with a photo I could see his creative wheels turning to find and create a solution. Very organized, competent and managed our time wisely. The problem was fixed much quicker than I ever imagined it could be and at an extremely reasonable price! I highly recommend this company!
