Had Wade come out and give us a proposal after getting a couple other quotes in town. Very professional and talked us through everything, recommended a deep clean of our ducts as well (since who knows when those were last cleaned!!)

Scott and his crew then came in and installed everything - again very professional, great communication when things were taking a bit longer, and just made sure we were 110% happy with our service. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about the integrity and quality service I received! The service manager was straight up with me and the technician who came out to work on my furnace was extremely sharp. I also need to say that this company is not over charging for their work which is often the case in this industry unfortunately. I interviewed several companies before choosing Bend Heating & Sheet Metal to retrofit air conditioning to my forced air heating system. The a/c works fine and I'm very glad I got it done. Decided on them because they seemed the most professional and on the ball. The people I dealt with had hands on experience rather than being career salesmen. I was given choices of equipment and there was no pressure. The job was completed in one day and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves as well as following through with scheduling inspections. Price was reasonable and competitive.

Bend Heating did an amazing job helping me out with my air conditioner. From the time I submitted my information online, they called quickly and came to visit my home when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and repaired my AC. Their staff explained everything in detail and was very professional. My air conditioner is now running better than ever thanks Bend Heating.

Bend Heating has served us well for many years. They installed our furnace and heat pump and service our system annually. They are prompt, courteous and helpful. Even when things have not gone well initially they fix it. We are very happy with them and recommend them to anyone needing heating and air-conditioning here in Central Oregon.

Two technicians came out to troubleshoot my propane furnace and came up against a new faulty part out of the box for a replacement. The manager went a miles out of his way to just give me a pile of firewood to get through the weekend. Pretty amazing service.

Both guys did great, stayed late, and deserve a 10 star rating for outstanding customer service.

My heating and AC units needed updating and I got quotes from 4 companies. Bend Heating was not the cheapest but they were the most recommended company by many of our friends that had used them prior. They were timely, clean and honest from start to finish.
