Thank you Bend Heating for excellent service. I called the office late yesterday afternoon regarding a cooling issue with my heat pump. Cliff scheduled the service call for the morning of the next day. Dustin arrived on schedule, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about this company - both installation and service.

We called them, got a quote in a couple of days, scheduled the install and were done within a couple of weeks. They improved our air flow so that the house is heated evenly throughout. We are happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

First off the customer service and scheduling are good and as expected during the fall and winter busy season there can be a scheduling lead time of 1-2 weeks for non emergency services, as in complete HVAC heating system failure. I encourage you to use their services for basic straight forward things.
I however wanted a smart thermostat installed into our home with a whole house humidifier, the ecobee thermostat. The technician arrived on time, 11-1pm he arrived around 11am and spent some time looking over our system before declaring that the job could not be completed. Sadly based on this misinformation I returned the smart thermostat and lost my rebate only to later discover that the ecobee thermostat could be installed and work with our whole house humidifier system despite what we were told. It would have required a bit of work around and rewiring but the job could have been accomplished according to the manufacturer. I am irritated that we didn’t get the thermostat installed, were misinformed, and lost our rebate and the thermostat based on trusting their recommendation.
I should have called around and found someone more familiar with our system and the thermostat before having them come out.

We have called and called and called to have them come out and service our in demand hot water heater. No response, even though they did the install. Guess they made enough money in the install, who cares about service or customer care. Did the flush myself when I came home from my job on the road. Thanks for nothing.

I called Bend Heating to have someone look at my furnace and quote a possible replacement. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind, helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge. I'll definitely be using these guys in the future.
