Great service! I would like to especially highlight Rob and the guys in the custom sheet metal department! Super punctual and took great care of me.

Rob is a real gem! The task was a challenging one—install a kitchen island hood with a bedroom right above the kitchen. He really listened to what we needed and was awesome to work with, even tolerating some of my perhaps less-than-helpful suggestions. He and Matt figured out some tricky placements, an air make-up system, and even a low-profile custom louvre that resulted in a beautifully functioning system. We were very impressed with their dedication to work out solutions and the quality of work done!

Will never use Bend Heating again!! Horrible communication and service! I felt like the service technician took his sweet a** time just so they could bill us more. We received a bill for almost $300 when they said it should only be about $100 for the tech to come to our house. Our Daikin was malfunctioning and turns out the part that was bad was still on warranty so we didn't have to pay for the part but that just gave them an excuse to charge more for the service. I would give zero stars if I could!

I feel that I got the best deal available in central Oregon and they totally lived up to my expectations, which were very high. The installers were very professional and knew what they were doing and installed the new furnace and air conditioner in only a few days. I would definitely use them again.

I worked with Randall Marchington to decide on what kind of system would work best in my house. We decided on a new Mitsubishi with duct work and a mini split downstairs. The system, once installed, worked exactly as advertised. It's exactly what we wanted! No more sleepless nights in the hot summer, and no more $400 heating bills in the winter! The Radiant Heat Division of Bend Heating installed a tankless water heater in our home - it replaces the traditional, tank style water heater. Now we have unlimited hot water (no more cold showers!) and lots of extra space in the garage. We love this thing! The crew was prompt, pleasant and did a great job with the installation. Bend Heating has the ability to take your project from conception all the way through completion and leave you happy at the least possible cost. They built 2 awesome custom saddle racks for me from all recycled materials. Not one full sheet of metal was harmed in the production. They also installed and maintain my Hydronic Radiant in floor heating. My heating bill has never gone above $100 even when it was 10 below outside, and we are always warm and cozy inside. I love the on demand hot water. I have NEVER run out of hot water in the last 6 years. I can run my washer, dishwasher and 2 showers all at the same time as the heat is running and never a temperature change.

A great experience from start to finish! Excellent folks to work with, professional and timely. Explained what they were doing and why. Finished the job on time and within budget. I recently used Bend Heating and Sheet Metal for some work on a remodel. The estimate was accurate with a not-to-exceed price. The installer was very good, worked well with the other subs in the house, and did his job efficiently. I look forward to using them again for future projects.

I had excellent service from Bend heating installing two new ductless heating systems. They were on time and on price the total opposite of my other contractor. I also had excellent service from Bend radiant heating.
