We couldn't be happier with the job Bend Heating did on our place. Our house presented some real installation challenges for their team and the 3 day installation literally took place during the extreme heat wave. The Bend Heating installers were just wonderful to work with. Never complaining and just pressing their shoulder into the challenges until the job was done. Also, not only was their service exceptional, but their price was roughly 30% less than the competitive bid we received from Mountain Heating and Cooling. There is no question, my wife and I would 100% recommend them and we will absolutely use them again.

Bend Heating recently replaced the furnace in our second home. Despite being overseas for business arranging all with Randall and Scott was as easy as talking to them in person. Both are extremely responsive and found a solution to work around a very tight schedule and the needs of our tenants. This allowed us to take advantage of an Energy Trust cash incentive. The installation was done smoothly including additional repair work that Scott and his team discovered while on site. Thank you all! We will certainly not look any further for our future HVAC needs. Bend Heating will be our contractor of choice.

If you've ever wanted to freeze your buns off in an igloo, this is the company for you! My heating system died during the coldest week of winter and Bend Heating was slow and unresponsive. We were without heat or hot water for five days while we waited for them to send a technician out, obtain a replacement part, and install it. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of the radiant division; you have to call and speak to another staff person who sends an email to someone else who is supposed to call you back (but doesn't), and then repeat the whole process. After no one came on the date we were expecting the repair, I called and called to try to get an update of whether the part had arrived and when they were going to install it, while sitting in my **freezing** house having to boil water just to wash dishes. The staff also had no record of my heating system in their computer, despite records on the water heater indicating the date of installation and subsequent services. The technicians seemed nice enough but the company as a whole was careless and sloppy. We will not be using them again.

Update: The owner called me and got upset about this review. I explained several times that the biggest issue was the lack of communication about what was going on. I understand that factors can be beyond a company's control, but it shouldn't be that hard to get an update about what's going on. Instead of "sorry, we can work on that", he just got gruff with me.

I worked with Randall. He told me it was extremely hard to find air/heater units at this time and also hard to find the help to get them installed. He worked very hard, non stop to find a unit for our home without heat. Finally found one in Billings, Montana with the help of the Carrier Crew as well. Installed today and our renters couldn’t be happier. Us too!

Just wanted to share how happy and impressed i am with the quality and professionalism that Bend Heating & Sheet Metal has. We have had problems with our system for over a year. I have had two other heating companies from Bend, come and try to fix the problem. The only thing I got from them was an outrageous estimate to fix the problem. Joe, your La Pine specialist, got here promptly, evaluated the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes. The cost for the repair was very reasonable and far less than the evaluation price from the other companies.I would recommend your company to anyone who wants a fair evaluation at a fair price.

Bend Heating has been our go-to specialist - both at our home and our daughter's home - for all things heating and cooling for the past two decades.

Both homes are on an annual service contract so that the equipment can be checked, cleaned, and adjusted as necessary for top performance. Their techs have been super to work with - a far cry from earlier experiences with another firm where every visit resulted in the necessity to repair or change components, and never at a reasonable cost.

We're loyal customers and intend to continue in this manner for as long as they continue with the same dedications to quality service.

These guys were great. The customer service from the beginning was spot on. The estimator was detailed and explained everything in depth for me to understand. The installation crew was knowledgable, professional and actually humorous. I ended up getting a new carrier heat pump and I love it so far. It's quiet and my home is comfortable. I give Bend Heating a thumbs up.

As the saying goes if I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Wayne was awesome. He was a very hands-on involved sales person. Gave me an incredible estimate which was 50% cheaper than one of my bids. Dana the installer was phenomenal. Came in and installed two ductless Systems in one day. Works great. Would use them again! 👍
