Bend Heating & Sheet Metal

Initially I wrote a poor review of my Bend Heating service which was superficial and unimpressive. The company called me, reviewed my dissatisfaction and sent out another technician to redo the maintenance call.
John came out today was awesome! Professional, extremely knowledgeable and he taught me a number of things about my system I did not know.
I could not be more satisfied with Bend Heating. I totally appreciate their response to my initially poor experience and now highly recommend them and especially John.

Bend Heating has provided great service; responsive, friendly and fairly priced. We had them come with heating issue around the holidays and they made sure we were taken care of. Most recently, Ron serviced our heater, he went about and beyond and was super friendly. I would recommend them.

Great crew. Impeccable service. Got us on the schedule quicker than expected. I wouldn't go with anyone else in town. Haven't had any problems with my install and the AC works amazing. Initially we were worried because of our home layout but everything was really well done!

Bend Heating has been servicing our furnace/ac annually and has always been thorough. This year the AC needed a new part and it was quickly installed.

20 years ago, we made the mistake of going with the lowest bidder on a new furnace. He took our money and skipped town leaving us with a half finished project.

Bend Heating came in to the rescue. Even though they didn't sell us the furnace, they did help us and get the half done mess working.

We've used them for service over the years, and they have always been great.

Today, we finally corrected our original error and had them install a new high efficiency heat pump. They showed up exactly on time. The job took exactly how long they said. Despite my wife's insistence that she could clean up, they vacuumed the floors and left the place spotless.

Bend Heating is a fantastic company, run by caring and skilled people that really want to make sure the job is done right. We can't recommend them any higher.

Bend Heating is exceptional. I call them for all my heating and cooling needs.i recently had them service my gas fireplace. The Service Technician, Ron Gragert was on time and professional.

I have received nothing short of kind, professional, and prompt service from everyone I have interacted with at Bend heating and sheet metal. Shawn has been my go-to contact and she always responds quickly and sorts out what needs to be done. Bruce has come out twice to check on something for me and has gone above and beyond (like resetting a smoke detector in the garage that was beeping at me that I had been ignoring all day). I am so happy I went with this company for our mini split install and ongoing maintenance.

I am so grateful to Ron and his assistant for coming over, same day, when my furnace went out on the day Bend dropped to 12 degrees and I had a sick 9yo at home from school. Not only did they fix the pressure valve, but changed the filter, and tightened the thermostat cables. Total lifesavers!

We purchased a Carrier Infinity heat pump system from Bend Heating. The high-quality installation was professionally done by competent service people. Bend Heating was very patient with us and our DIY building project as we worked through Covid delays. And when we were ready for them, they were very responsive, and reliably showed up when they said they would. We appreciate everything about Bend Heating: the quality of the products they sell, the quality of their work, and the quality of the folks who work there.
