I purchased a heating system 9 years ago from bend heating, unit stopped working, they said discontinued and no parts available, they never got back to me for a new system, after 3 weeks with no heat, I went somewhere else and have a new system now , tried to stay faithful.

Was only on the website. Trying to find out if they work with CEC/BPA incentive program for HVAC replacement. Haven't got an answer yet.
