I called around the first of October and scheduled an appointment for someone to look at my floor heat system. All seemed fine and the tech came out and looked at the unit. He said he needed to order parts. This is were it goes sideways. After 16 text messages between me and the tech I get an email saying sorry were just too busy find someone else. I called the main office and got the run around. They said Steve was the owner of that side of the business. Called him and he stated he did not authorize the appointment and was too busy. Funny the lady who scheduled me should of known that. I offered to buy the parts his tech had ordered and he said yes. Steve stated he would call me back. Never heard another word. Beware using this company. They cherry pick the good jobs and screw the little guys. Just a word of advice. Amazon sells books on customer service. The owner may want to brush and learn a new skill.

On 12/9/22 we contacted Bend Heating to schedule a service call for our noisy heat pump. They were two weeks out which is understandable due to everyone in the service fields being short handed. Our appointment was for today 12/23/22. Yesterday (12/22/22) at 3:49 I received a call from them confirming the appointment and that their tech would call approx. 10 minutes prior to their arrival. I took the day off to accommodate the time frame and shovel the snow far away from the pump so the tech had an easy working area. Four hours prior to the service time they called and cancelled saying THREE technicians called in sick. They offered to reschedule another two weeks away which would have made it a month total. We could understand it if they could reschedule for the next working day or two away due to their error but not two weeks. This mistake will end up costing me approx $750 in lost wages which could have been prevented. To call the day of your scheduled service and cancel is poor business.

My house was built in 2016 and Bend Heating installed all of the heating and air conditioning for our home. It has been 6 years and we have had few issues with our equipment. late November 2022 our Thermostat went blank and our heating system shut off and was not able to be turned on. I emailed Bend heating on a Saturday asking for help the following Monday. I immediately got a response and was told to call an emergency number. I did that and got to talk to Jesse, who ended up coming out to my house later that day o a weekend to look at the problem. He though that there was an issue with the low voltage side of the system and the heat strips that were causing a repeated blowout of a fuse and our inability to control the system. He came back the next day and put in new heat strips which allowed us to have heat, but not use of the heat pump. He called the dispatcher and arranged to have him come back with dedicated time to troubleshoot the low voltage issue. He came back and worked outside in the snow to find a wiring problem deep inside the heat pump. He fixed that and our system is currently running like it did for the past 6 years. Jesse was polite, very knowledgeable and concerned about our problem. He was kind enough to let me hang out and watch him troubleshoot and fix the system and explain to me what he was doing as he went along. I highly recommend Bend Heating and Jesse for any work or installation you may need on your heating and air conditioning system. Can't say thanks enough. Jim and Roxane Smith

Ron Gragert is the BEST serviceman I have had in the 12 years of owning my ductless system! When he advised me that I needed a thorough clean on my system, I told him I’d had one just two years ago, for which I paid $362. He reported this to his manager, took pictures, and today he performed the task, thoroughly and pleasantly, for no additional charge! He even taught another serviceman how to do the job! Good employees are hard to find these days, he deserves an accommodation! Thank you Bend Heating for standing behind both your product and your service!

Ron and Ryan came out today for annual service visit, he put an arrow on the filter cover so I don’t have to wonder every time about air direction. So friendly and I appreciate the ongoing care. They did our installation back in 2015 - we’ve had zero issues. Love my exposed ducts indoors.
