We have used Jefferson Plumbing and Heating for over thirty years and they never disappoint. This time our well line was in need of repair. They were out first thing the next day. In less than 24 hours from our incident we had water running again. They’ve fixed everything from our well pump, pressure tank, sump pump, water heater, and completed general plumbing repairs. They nursed an air conditioner for 25 extra years and eventually put in a new central air system. Anytime we have had an emergency situation, like this one, they have been out quickly. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They’ve been our go-to call every time and will continue to stay at the top of our list.

West Jefferson HVAC and Plumbing was able to replace our leaking hot water tank on the same day that I called. Our technicians were polite, fast and cleaned up the work area including taking our old tank. I have previously used them for furnace repair as well and recommended them.

We've been having problems w/ our toilet for over a year which was just a cheap basic toilet w/ our new build. Plumber was able to replace it the same day of service and explained how it should actually work. Very happy with our service!

The technician that came out was great, he fixed the problem quickly and was very helpful with information that I needed to make a plan for future services. I'm very glad they offer services to mobile home owners as well!

Reached out to get a quote for replacement of HVAC system. Ivan was fast to follow up, came out quickly and provided a good/better/best style quote. Explained the options thoroughly and helped provide the details needed with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable overall. Technicians who came to install the furnace and AC were courteous, personable, on time, and did a great job. They communicated well throughout the process and explained operation of the new system. They cleaned up well after commissioning the system. The next day I received confirmation that they had registered the new system with the manufacturer for me. In addition they took care of applying rebate discounts from the utility company. We are a happy customer with a new Lennox System from West Jeff Plumbing and Heating.

This experience couldn't have been better. My old furnace and AC unit were in need of replacement. WJPH did a very complete analysis and presented me with some of great options, listing the prices for each. I did my own due diligence and found their pricing to be very attractive. Once I chose my systems, installation was done within a week. The service guys were extremely professional and weren't at all bothered by any questions I posed to them throughout the day. They even tried to save me some expense by pointing out that my existing filter box could be used. They cleaned up properly, had a cool tool for processing my payment and even registered my products for me, which is an important step in extending the manufacturers warrantee. A-1 job, all the way!

I highly recommend this company. I called around a couple of weeks or so ago to different companies for quotes and West Jeff gave me a price (best I found) promptly without run around. I unfortunately put off the water heater replacement until tragedy struck this morning. Called them back and, fortunately got service the very same day. Outstanding ! So I suggest, at the first sign of trouble, call West Jeff Plumbing and Heating on the double.
