We had West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating out to replace a propane furnace and air conditioner with a dual fuel heat pump with propane furnace on their recommendation.

Firstly, throughout we dealt with several employees and they were all wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

We did have a few “hiccups”. I ONLY mention this because WJPH were always very responsive to any concern we had and reassured us throughout that they would make sure we were happy with everything. And we are! My husband and I agree that had we gone with anyone else we are not sure we would have gotten such wonderful service!

We will definitely continue to use WJPH!

Had an issue with our heater that West Jeff Plumbing and heating installed a few years ago. Call on a Saturday morning and their technician was available and here within a few hours. Billy was professional and courteous and had our heater up and running in 30 mins. Great company to work with!

I have used them for large and small projects and the service has been consistent. Today we had a water heater leaking and the pilot light went out. They brought a new unit to the house just in case but ended up repairing the issue and charged me less than the estimate. I recommend them to family and friends whenever I can.
