West Jefferson heating and plumbing provided quick service during a very busy time of year. They replaced our central air conditioning unit and their turnaround time is very short. The installation was done in a day and so far the new unit is working perfectly.
Their price was fair and the only disappointment is they quoted a new line set but ended up using the old one without adjusting the invoice amount.

I used WJPH for checking out my AC unit. Was working fine, just bought home and wanted it checked with annual maintenance. The tech Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. He showed me some things about my HVAC and AC system and mentioned best practices to keep it operating well. I would reach out to WJPH for maintenance or repairs in the future.

Have used both the plumbing and heating/cooling services of this business in the past. 5+ star service, polite and professional. Had backed-up kitchen sink and called on Monday morning. Had it fixed that same afternoon. Highly recommend this business!

I used West Jefferson Plumbing because of the great reviews I saw on Nextdoor.com, and they were amazing. They set up an appointment quickly, tech Kenny arrived a few minutes early, and ended up completing job in way less time than estimated over phone, and way less money than estimated! I would highly recommend them as an honest company that does not overcharge or take longer time than necessary. Also, I asked tech a few unrelated plumbing questions at end, which he went out if his way to view and give me opinion on. Impressed and will use this company in future for any plumbing needs!

I had attempted work with 4 other local companies--some who were not authorized for Water Furnace brand equipment or couldn't get to us quickly. Once we found West Jefferson, the experience was fast, and honestly I felt like they cared about restoring heat to our cold home (with two small children). We were lucky enough to fit in their schedule for a same-day assessment, then they were back the next day for a repair and also good advice for maintenance of the GeoThermal system in our new home. Tom was professional, respectful and I felt concerned about our family. Thanks to the crew there for getting us warm again!

To steal a slogan, they provide quality service at an affordable price. Friendly staff and honest. I'd used a different service before and was not satisfied with the price or the service tech. He fixed the problem but tried numerous ways to get me to upgrade my current A/C. Without mentioning a name, it was like paying an over priced butler. I'll stick with West Jefferson Plumbing.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. The people were all very nice, polite and knowledgeable about their job. They were quick to get the job done even though it was the week of a holiday. The furnace and AC unit they installed were both very impressive units of good quality. The cost was great. I got awesome customer service, parts, timing and price. Larry from West Jefferson Plumbing fixed a leak I had in the kitchen and gave me advice on a few other issues in the house. He arrived on time (actually early, but with a call asking if that was ok), he was professional, friendly, and all at a good price. I highly recommend and will use them again.
