We scheduled a maintenance check for the A/C. Our home is 16 years old. Nothing wrong with the system. When the technician pulled the outside breaker the internal plastic piece broke. Where I wasn't expecting to replace the exterior fuse box at $500 and the call was only supposed to be $79 it left me feeling a little suspect of what happened. The technician was polite, on time and professional. I always question repairs that are unexpected. Another repair (2 capcitors) was suggested for an additional $320 and I later found I could replace the parts myself for $70. I walked away feeling taken by a used car salesman.

Tom is so personable and helpful! He provides helpful tips and is honest and practical. We definitely want him to come back to service our heating and cooling system again.
