Elders Heating & Cooling

We have used Elders Heating & Cooling several times over the years. They have been fairly priced and responsive. We never felt like they were trying to find ways to charge more but genuinely have a culture of wanting to help. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We called Elders Heating & Cooling to give us estimates on prices of new units. Frank came out an saw what we had and gave us 5 different units and prices. Not being in a hurry because ours was still functional I told him no hurry but we still had our new furnace/AC unit installed in less than 2 weeks. Installers were prompt, professional and courteous. We had our vents cleaned at the same time which was suggested by Frank. Fantastic service from start to finish.

Andrew and Mark were amazingly responsive to our furnace issue. Our furnace stopped working on a weekend and it was hard to get someone to come over to fix it.These techs came over the same day and sorted out the issue.They were very competent , informative, and easy a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with their services and will highly recommend them more!!

Our A/C wasn't working during the hottest week of the summer and Elders Heating & Cooling company sent out their technician, Nelson, on the same day we contacted him to get us sorted. Nelson was very friendly, very efficient, and took the time to explain the issue to me which I really appreciated. He was also very conscientious and wore a mask and special shoe coverings when entering our home, so we felt very comfortable having him. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave us tips for ongoing maintenance. Fully recommended!
