    Used All-Knight multiple times and they have always been able to quickly diagnose and repair my AC system despite another company telling me I needed a replacement unit. My brother-in -law was told by another company that he needed a $10,000 AC and furnace replacement and I asked Jim the owner to check it out and he had it fixed in no time for less than $200. So if your looking for an experienced and honest company then check All-knight.

    Called in the morning around 8am and talked with an answering service which is perfectly fine. Received a call from All-Knight around 830am explaining they would have some one available early afternoon or depending on his morning schedule late morning. Tech called just after noon and was at my house within 30min after the call. Diagnosed my issue quickly and resolved my flame sensor fault without issue. Since no new parts were used I was charged the service fee and he was on his way. He did check the entire furnace out and used a sniffer to check for CO and for any gas leaks as I thought I smelled it faintly near the unit that morning. Couldn’t have been more personable and professional, will certainly call them back in a couple years when my 18yr old unit is up for replacement.

    Terrible Communication. The technician came out to provide an A/C quote and was very friendly and professional. I requested an emailed copy so I may properly compare quotes. I have called in repeatedly for a copy. After two weeks and eight calls to the office, the only communication I have gotten is "I'll pass your information forward and they will get back to you."

    These guys are great! Our 27 year old furnace had a bad heat exchanger. It was an expensive fix, but 175 more dollars to just replace the whole thing. It was time, we chose to replace rather than repair. They were punctual, professional and installed our furnace in less than 2 hrs so we weren't stuck in the house all day! Great conversations and a few laughs were shared. Will definitly use them again!!!

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Exceptional customer service!! Jim the owner came to our rescue when we were without heat in the dead of winter. Jim worked hard to get us heat until we could get a new installation. His staff is professional and polite. The installation was throughly done and we can’t be more grateful for finding such an excellent team to take care of us! Thanks again!!!

    After our A/C suddenly stopped working, my wife and I needed a fix...quick. After researching a few places, we settled on All-Knight Heating & Cooling, and let me say we were absolutely impressed. They gave us an estimate over the phone, based on the 'symptoms' our unit was showing, which was under $250. As it turns out, upon inspecting the unit, the situation was much worse than originally expected, requiring a whole new blower motor, which would run a little over $500. However, as my wife and I were contemplating what to do (as money definitely doesn't grow on trees in our household), the technician, Bill, never once pressured us into spending the money. He just stood aside and let us discuss it, even mentioning he understands that not everyone has enough money for sudden fixes like this. In the end, we agreed to do it, but he had to order the motor. So we set up an appointment for the following day, and on his return trip, he had us up and running within the hour. He never once suggested 'fixing' something that didn't need done, or lectured us on the importance of getting this done ASAP...he was really great. Even though this place is down the street from us, more or less, they service places as far out as Canal Winchester and Lancaster. Best of all, they are a 24 hour service, and they do not charge "overtime" rates, so whether you call them at 3 in the morning, or 5 in the evening, the rates stay the same. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their heating or cooling.

    Very few contractors left to trust with your hard earned money. Have been doing business with them for years and there is no question I would ever call anyone else. Immediate service assistance, professional and polite from phone call to completed job. Do yourself a favor and call them at least for assessment and quote before you call the big commercial franchise companies

    Coldest day of the season and our heat went out about 1am. Sent an email to our home warranty company who put us in touch with All-Knight via text message. I called about an hour later and had a tech there within 2 hours. Within 20 minutes the heat was back on and the repair was covered by our warranty company.

    With that said, I would 100% use them for anything we need in the future, not just if we have another repair that is needed. Professional, pleasant, prompt, and got the job done quickly. Very happy with today's repair call, both in regards to our home warranty company and with All-Knight.
