When I bought this home (first-time homebuyer) almost 8 years ago I thought my AC unit wouldn't last the year and would be covered under my home warranty. Then summer after summer the determined old warrior kicked on and did it's best to dutifully cool off our house. I could see that it was struggling and tired and so this year I did the humane thing and decided it was time to hold its hand as it crossed the HVAC rainbow bridge. Was there a tear in my eye? Yeah, there was. I felt a little sentimental and proud of its hard work and determination and gave it my heartiest of salutes as it was wheeled away. Hoping it wouldn't be too hurt to be replaced by a new, shiny, more efficient unit.

The guys at Logan A/C & Heat Services made this a painless process. Scheduling that first appointment was easy and had a fast turn-around. As a single mom it was reassuring to receive a text with a photo and the name of the people coming to my home prior to their arrival. Scott Fryman was my sales guy and he listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and offered a no-pressure sales environment that allowed me to make the decision to move forward with Logan and which unit to purchase with ease. There's nothing worse and more telling of a company's values than when the sales person uses manipulative and pushy tactics, so I was delightfully surprised and appreciative of Scott's approach.

Once I made my decision the next steps were fast and easy. Scott came by so I could do some quick document signing and we had the install scheduled for the very next day.

My install techs were Bradley Rogge and Derrick (I didn't catch his last name). They arrived on time, were friendly, and made sure to take care with protecting my home with drop cloths, and shoe booties. I was super impressed with their work. The job ended up taking two 10-12 hour days. My house threw some curveballs being built in 1954, and I appreciate that the team worked hard to not cut corners. It felt like the went well above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We had AC back by that first day, and the furnace was all finished up on the second. I was given a very clear walk through of the new products and info about the thermostat and my house was left in a clean state when they left.

Logan A/C & Heat Services was not my cheapest option, but I'm really glad I went with them in the end. Their level of professionalism from start to finish was reassuring of the quality products and work being done. I'm pretty sure if I had gone with a cheaper option the challenges faced during the install would not have been solved with the level of quality Bradley and Derrick provided.

This was the first time we’ve needed to replace or repair our heating and ac systems and everyone at Logan Services was amazing. We worked with Damen, Alex, and Frank and all 3 were professional and on-time but most importantly, trustworthy and honest. Our system was 11 years old and they did a great job laying out all of our options and what to consider as far as repair vs replacement without putting pressure on us to make a rash decision. Alex and Frank were early to our install appointment which we appreciated and finished faster than we were expecting - we were told the entire install would take between 6-8 hours and they finished in 5 hours. Everything looks neat and clean and Alex did a great job explaining our new system so there was no confusion. Appreciate the work they did and highly recommend.

Im writing on behalf of my mother inlaw molly Davis.Hunter and vic were outstanding with installation of mitsubishi ductless air system.Hunter and vic arrived on time and preformed outstanding work. After they were done with clean up they were very friendly in explaining the system...they even installed two carbon monoxide detectors as a gift...Well done Logan ac/heat services

Very satisfied with my experience with Logan and installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Scott was very helpful from the sales side - he went over a good range of options at varying price points and was very knowledgeable about the systems they had to offer and the benefits of each. One thing that stood out about Logan was that I could tell they took pride in their company and the work they do - and it wasn't just a sales pitch; they delivered through the whole process. Brad and Blaine did the installation of the new equipment. There were several issues with the previous installation at our house, and they addressed all of them, down to small details. The guys left everything looking very clean and professional, and walked me through every part of the job ensuring it was satisfactory. Communication from the company was prompt and everyone arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend if you want top quality HVAC equipment and competent, professional installers.

We had a dying air conditioner so we scheduled an estimate. Brian came out and reviewed the options and understood our needs. We got installation a couple days later. Kyle K and Jake were on time and ready to work. They were courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. They finished the job without taking a break and were done early. It is nice to have service people come and set everything up in a tidy way. Great job explaining how to keep things in order and use the new system!

We had a new HVAC system put in today. Chuck and Victor were excellent! Prompt on the time scheduled to be here. Cleaned up after installation. Explaining what we needed to know on on the new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. Did not leave until the system worked properly. Thank you Chuck and Victor !!

We had a great experience with Logan! From the time Jeff showed up for the consultation through final install! Jeff was the only person that showed up with materials and information for me to keep. Which I felt was very necessary when I sat down to review my options. Jeff walked us through everything, and provided knowledge and education throughout. When it came the install, Chuck and Victor were just as fantastic! They were kind, and very respectful of our home. They took time to ensure everything was completed safely and accurately but also were very efficient. They were in and out fairly quickly considering both A/C and Furnace were replaced. The attention to detail was spot on and I feel we received a quality install. We reccomend Logan to everyone!

Derec came in gave us a competitive quote, we were without AC for about a week. Bradley came in with his team of three and replaced out 27 year old system in a day. Professional and seems to be working well, I hope we get 20 years out of this Trane!

Just had a new AC and furnace installed today. Derec listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions. Rick and Willie were a great installation team. Very professional all around. Very happy with my new mini-split! Installer Alex and helper Frank, did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional, and gave very thorough instructions on how to operate unit.
