Andrew R. was great! Very knowledgeable and explained every step taken to fix the problem. Very happy with how quickly they came to get our house back to cool 😎 I would recommend to anyone needing repairs for their A/C unit.

Carl Sliiwinski sold me this amazing system. Every time I have a question or do yearly services he is the one doing them. He explains clearly how to prevent upcoming issues. He makes sure the system he sold me works. It’s hard to find employees that sell you a high end product and 3 years later is the person coming in person to makes sure you it’s in great condition and working properly. Logan is a great company!!!

The guys were wonderful! They installed my new furnace and A/C unit in one day with no problems 😊 no mess was left for me to clean up afterwards and both my units are working properly!! My salesman Derec Was Awesome he's the reason we chose to go with Logan!, he was honest and very professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC world, saved us a lot of money, other companies were telling us that we needed to get our electrical box upgraded thousands right,wrong he ran our numbers and we were fine!! I’ve used Logan Services for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. Today, Nathan was very professional and took extra time to explain some aspects of our smart thermostat that I was not familiar with.

We were very pleased with Logan from start to finish and will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Scott helped us understand the HVAC options and select the best replacement for our home. Alex and Frank installed our new Trane HVAC system; they were knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Alex and Frank were clean and cautious with our flooring when moving equipment in and out and cleaned up all areas around the new HVAC unit in the yard and the basement. This was an easy, seamless experience and we are pleased with our new unit!

I called on Monday, they came out Tuesday to check my non-working ac unit and once they determined it wasn't salvageable, they reviewed replacement options. New unit was installed on Wednesday -- best turn around time going in to the holiday weekend. Special shout out to Rick and Willie for the professional installation services provided.

Alex and Josh brought in engineering resources to review the installation plan, were very professional and completed a quality installation. They treated our home as if it were their own.
