Derec from sales was able to find the perfect furnace for my house. You could tell he cared about his consumers and very friendly. He only wanted to help find the best option that fit my needs. The installers the next day, Brendan and Austin, we're very professional and friendly. They installed my new furnace with no issues and was able to make it even though they were short staffed for the day. I would highly recommend Logan A/C & Heat Services!

Austin S was our consultant and Chuck and Victor did our installation, very professional and respectful of our property. We have 2 crazy dogs and they worked very well despite the constant barking. Work was carried out very fast and rubbish was removed from the property.

Very impressed with our service today. Kenyon from Logan came out to our house for a routine heating inspection/checkup. Our son has had some trouble with his allergies lately and we had lots of questions about what Logan could be doing to help us improve our air quality. Kenyon was highly knowledgeable, took time to both answer our questions and to educate us about our choices. The conversation never felt pushy or like a sales pitch. I really appreciate Kenyon and their positive attitude. We have been happy with our Logan support and this last interaction affirmed our happiness with the company. Thank you!

Derec was extremely helpful and professional when he visited our house to review our options and differnet price points. When install day arrived Chuck & Victor couldn't have made it easier. They were profession and courteous the whole day. Took time to protect our home and cleaned up. When everything was installed they walked us through the setup and demonstrated how the maintain the system. Would highly recommend!

My furnace went out and they were quick to get an appointment scheduled, on time and communicated well during the estimate, and were very professional during installation. Chuck and Victor got the new furnace installed and were careful to get it up to code. They left everything cleaner than they found it, communicated throughout, and did a great job!

I had my furnace/AC system replaced. Brad and P.J. were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, and worked straight through, for 9 hours, without a break, then had to come back the next day. They were thoughtful, while providing excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had really good experiences with Logan. 19 yr old furnace went out in our below zero temps over the Christmas holiday. Once issue was determined (not worth repair) they gave us very fair quote and were able to install the next day. The installers (Alex and Carter) were great. They were timely, professional, showed us how to work the new thermostat and provided helpful maintenance tasks. I'm happy to have a company I trust in for HVAC issues, which we hopefully don't need anything but maintenance for some years now!

Hunter and Josh did a really great job install my AC and furnace. They explained everything before start the work, and they work very hard and spend a whole day in my house. After they finish, Hunter showed us how to change the filter and how to use the new thermostat. They are very professional and responsive!
