I think that Alex and Frank did a great job on changing our furnace and ac units. They were very kind and very professional. This job was really neat and clean. Very impressive job. Thank you both.

Chuck & Victor did a great job of installing our new HVAC system, heat pump, humidifier, etc. They were polite, professional, hard working, efficient and tidy. They made a big job look easy.

Chuck and Victor were prompt, courteous and extremely skilled in their job.

Just had a new Trane propane/ heat pump installed. Was a great experience from the original consultation to the installation. The installation took two days, and was far more involved than I realized it would be. From removal of the old bulky heat pump and furnace to the installation of the new system. Went from an all electric system to the propane/heat pump. The installation duo, Alex and Carter, worked two long exhausting days to achieve the goal, cleaned up the mess, hauled away the debris, while all the time being two very polite young men. My basement offered challenges, but they never made me feel bad about it. Would highly recommend Logan for anyone seeking new heating/cooling options. Having only dealt with Alex and Carter, I assume all of the technicians on staff are excellent, but would recommend this pair if you have that option. New hvac systems are complex, expensive, and are an investment in your home’s value and your comfort…don’t settle for less!

Although furnaces are not cheap, I’m more concerned for quality and longevity. The two installers (Chuck & Victor) arrived on time and ready to work. They were efficient and very friendly despite the amount of work they had on their plate. They even found time to attend to a very needy doggo who wanted attention. Very impressed and I’ll continue to use Logan H&C for years to come.

We live in West Jefferson. Old ac unit shorted out on Monday, sales rep Scott was here the next day, explained different options. We made our choice and today a super team consisting of Chuck,Victor and Mike made an impossible install look easy. Thank all involved
