Kyle and Mike did a great job installing our new heatpump system! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Plus they were very kind and patient with our crazy dogs! We’re really glad we went with this company and that these guys installed the system! 😄🐕‍🦺🐩

Do not do business with them. They were great during the install but after almost a year it started developing a periodic noise which I recorded and played for them. They consistently blamed my Nest thermostat eventhough i called Trane and they said it is compatible. After 5 visits from different techs over 3 years they basically told me I will have to just let it break (they also charged me for this visit which they later refunded after the service manager called me and told me that they would refund it but I can never call them again). This year when I went out to test the a/c the compressor won't turn on. I called Franklin Heating and Cooling, who came out, walked me through exactly what they were seeing and provided a solution along with some recommendations to prolong the life on the a/c.

I would like to thank my salesman Jeff, and the installers Chuck,Victor, Soon Jun, and Dallas. They were all great to work with quick install time and there work was truly professional. Clean and tight all the way around and they built a retaing wall to level my ac unit. They all made sure we was happy with the way every thing was turning out as they went through the install not wait Tull the end when everything was done. So thanks agian guys and Logan for an outstanding job.

After finding out that we needed a new furnace, we started collecting estimates. A/C was also needing replaced so we did it all at once. Logan did not have the lowest price, but they were knowledgeable, professional, timely with quality equipment.
Jeff, our consultant, really listened to our issues with our system. He spent time going over options and did not push the most expensive option. Our installers, Kyle and Skylar did an excellent job! They took their time and did the job right, instead of rushing to get done. They were professional and kind and answered all my questions.

Logan AC & Heat Services installed a new HVAC system for us. It was installed the day after we signed the contract so when they say they have the systems in stock it's true. Installers Rick & Willie were very professional. They did a great job and finished in one day. Even our dog gave them two paws up!

Logan A/C and Heat Services provided my family and I with the quickest A/C service. The technician, Austin was very knowledgeable and repaired our system in record time. My wife and I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Amanda and Hannah who received our call this morning and scheduled our appointment for service.

Team that performed the install was fantastic. Communicated clearly, set expectations and were open to answering any questions I had throughout the day. Kyle, Skylar and Josh did an excellent job of organizing, laying down material to protect flooring and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Installation of the HVAC went as they said it would and it passed inspection by the County. Courteous, respectful and pleasant to interact with. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend and use Logan in the future based on this experience with this installation crew.

From start to finish, the whole operation was professional and prompt. The crew that came out did everything I could ask floor to make sure that their client was satisfied. Initially a maintenance tech came out to troubleshoot the system and determine what the problem was with my old system. His name was Austin Schroeder. Today the installers for the new system came out. That was Rick Bass and Willie. (I’m sorry I can’t give you his last name) they texted me to give me their arrival time they were on time quick and professional. Everyone from the after hours online staff to the office staff, and in between are super people.
