Exceptional Logan services started with Brandon W in sales. Brandon, clearly explained all the system choices and combinations as well as extra add-ons so I was very comfortable and confident that I was making the right choice in what system was best for us. Even though Brandon assured me that I would be happy…. I was very very worried over how the venting would look coming out of my house and that my AC would sit on a raised platform that the installers would build. I wasted that worry energy because the both came out great! Nothing Brandon told me turned out to be untrue!

Purchased 2 Stage furnace S9V2 & 2 Stage XL Series AC. Also had installed Electronic Air Cleaners Filter & Whole House Humidifier. Also added $1200 FM2 UV Light air cleaner. I have asthma & allergies and felt the benefits of this would be worth the price.

Install team of Travis & Soon, with Brendan helping Day 1 were incredible. They were knowledgeable, personable and hard workers- they did not stop all day. Michael, also incredible stepped in for Travis as lead on Day 2 without missing a beat and he and Soon went above & beyond to complete the job. Before leaving, all systems were clearly & completely & slowly (lol) explained. All work areas were spotless when they left. I could not have asked for better people to complete this install and enjoyed having them in my home. Would highly recommend all involved.

Our HVAC stopped working on Friday Logan's was able to send out a representative Saturday. He was very thorough and explained the different systems and values for each systems and once the decision was made on which one we wanted, he scheduled us for a full installation on Tuesday with no wait time. The two gentlemen that came to service my home we're prompt and on time. Polite, professional, tidy and did a great job.

The professionalism that Connor,Robert and Tyler displayed was phenomenal. Each and every one of those guys took the time to explain IN DETAIL, any answer to any question I had. Very professional guys with a great work ethic. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and want the customer happy. Our sales rep Mr. David Onorato was probably the most kindest, respectful sales rep we have ever encountered. Our new furnace and ac runs like a dream guys. My wife Amanda and I are very pleased. Standard 20 X 25 X 1 furnace filters do not fit. A standard 20X25X1 filter actual size is 19.75 X 24.75 X .75. The filters provided me on installation are 19.5 X 24.5. So, a standard size filter is .25 inch too large and will not fit the filter box opening. I've searched 3 big box stores and am unable to find the size that fits my furnace. Logan Services does sell the filters that fit, but at about twice the price that I found on line.
I am happy with the HVAC unit, but encourage Logan Services to increase the filter box size to accept the standard 20X25X1 filter.

Really glad I ended up choosing to go with Logan. The install ended up being a cleaner solution than what the sales team proposed and looks great. Travis, Soon, and Brandon did a great job with the XV20, XL850, chimney liner, and 97% furnace install. Looking forward to enjoy the system once warmer weather comes. I would recommend Logan, thanks again!

There were some issues with the installation (bad part from the manufacturer and a very hot holiday weekend waiting for the new part) that darkly influenced my initial review, but the company has done about everything they could to fix it and make it right.
There was a nice discount for paying cash, and they were able to install it within a week of giving the estimate that actually matched the final price.
The new system works great and the electric bill that came with it was similarly refreshing. A month after the install, they came out to audit the system for free, and made sure everything was battened down and good to go.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and the unit. I would definitely recommend the company.

I would have given less than one star if possible. It was apparent the installers did not have the proper materials to install the top of the line Train heat pump and air handler. They basically tried piecing the system together with whatever they could find. First they made a mess of the ducting around the unit. They basically tried to cover up a mistake and left the return open and pulling air from behind the unit. They drilled several unused holes in the side of the air handler cabinet. They did not level the outside unit properly. The final straw was they did not seal the hole coming into the house where the copper cooling lines come in. I woke Saturday morning to a wet and muddy basement. Oh it’s finished so the carpet and tile were a mess. I will never refer them or use them again. Very dissatisfied.

Loved the team, Jared and Co. Very informative and wouldn't leave until they answered my questions. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to use Logan Services. If an issue does come up, I hope to use Logan again.

Great experience working with Logan A/C from working with Matt and going through the quoting process to having Michael/Zack/Asher performing the install. Answered all my questions and concerns I had with my system as well as provided recommendations. Michael and his team advising their process during the install and let me know if they encountered any challenges. Overall recommend Logan and the services they provide

Technician, Jeff Luce called 20 mins before arrival and was polite and professional from the get-go. He was very thorough throughout my service. I his work the whole time and he was happy to answer every single question I had. He was at my home about an hour and a half, and he never once made me feel like he was watching the clock. I honestly think he would happily have stayed longer if I'd had more questions. He was smart, efficient, prepared,
knowledgeable in his field, friendly, conversational and a real pleasure to have at my home. He was the all-around best service technician I've ever had. Was glad that when he was finished, that he told me I could contact him in the Fall for my furnace tune-up. Very impressed.
Would highly recommend Logan if all of their technicians even come close in expertise to Jeff.
I also want to add that Christine (sp?) in Customer Service was outstanding and also a delight!
