The service I received was superb. Every detail was explained to me, the job was successful, no extra damage, which was a possibility. The clean up was great. The time it took to repair was awesome. Mike was an knowledgeable and experienced Technician. I would definitely be using this company again.

Very happy with my experience. The plumber they sent (Mike) was on time, helpful, respectful, and did a great job. He was able to give me an estimate and clear two drains same day in under two hours for half the price that I was quoted elsewhere. Will definitely keep ECO in mind for any future plumbing/electric/HVAC needs.

Price seems high. Is there a senior discount? Work was done in a very efficient manner. I appreciate the courtesy given us. Would like the original potty seat back in case we move and want to take the bidet seat with us. Then I would have the original seat without having to go and find and buy another one. Can that happen?

Mike was very nice and professional. They arrived on time and did a very good job. He even took a couple of minutes to play with my dogs. I will definitely be using them again.

James arrived on time and was professional throughout. James explained what the problems could be and explained options for warranties, services and payment options.

I just want the company to know what a great job Andrew Dezara did today. He was very knowledgeable friendly and took his time explaining to me what he needed to do. Andrew was on time! Very personable. He explains and showed me everything that he was doing! My problems were resolved and it was extremely AFFORDABLE! They installed my water heater and will DEFINITELY BE MY GO TO PLUMBERS!! I’m beyond Satisfied

Matt was super intent on understanding all our needs and went beyond my expectations. He worked quickly and when the work was completed he took me around to show me what he had done and explained how to operate what he had installed. He discovered something I had not realized and took care of it along with the other work. Since it required no materials he did not charge for making the adjustment. He left every area clean and neat. I highly recommend him and will contact him again if a need arises.

Andrew was very nice & polite. He quickly understood what needed to be done and explained different options available to us. After doing the preliminary paperwork, he went right to work and quickly cleared the drain. After that he stayed until there were no more drips from the sink piping. Thanks so much Andrew!

Mike did a great job. However the prices were to high for me to use again. Your radio commercial is very misleading. You talk about I am going to help people the best I can since I had to sleep on my mom's couch that's why I went.

Please stop saying you want to help and charge stupid high prices you got me once but not again. I am getting older so I can't do the things I did at one time. So you got me with high prices for a simple job, replace 2 corner pipes for 778 dollars. You just set me back so thanks.
