Bryan Weber provided great service today. Tracked down a wiring short that was tripping breaker on furnace fairly quickly. He was on time, called me 30 minutes on advance, and very professional. The service call was very reasonable and my AC is working again

Matt and Angel arrived at the specified time. They were professional and thorough and went over and above what was required. They taught me how to use the new thermostat for the new AC and furnace, and taught me how to turn the gas on and off. They were still here when Duke Energy came to check for a gas leak. Great customer service. Thank you!

Update: Jeff just left after completing the work on my AC and I have ice cold air now. Just wanted to shout him out again for the great and thorough work that he does!!!

Jeff and Jon were great. I have been having issues with my AC not blowing cool air and I have had multiple techs from other companies out who did not try to solve the issue. Jeff and Jon were determined to figure it out and they did! I’m so thankful they came out to help and were so thorough.

The techs that did such an outstanding job today are Matt D. and Angel S. They arrived on time to replace our 27 old A/C. that failed us on some of the hottest days we've experienced so far this summer.

They completed the installation of the new, more efficient equipment and our home is returning to a cool and more livable temp. as I'm typing this.

Both of them were polite, courteous and professional at all times and that's in spite of encountering unexpected hurdles and sweltering temperatures.

I thank both of them and Knochelmann's for getting it done!

Matt and Angel did a great job installing my new HVAC system. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. They wanted to ensure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate their help!

Matt and Jeff were great. They came down about a month ago. Checked out the AC unit, however it was a cool day and said they could not get a good test so wanted to reschedule a month later when it was warmer. Wanted to make sure they gave our system a good test , so when it gets hot , it will hold. The cost was part of our service contract. So no additional fees. Well done Gentlemen.

Overall wonderful service! Signed up for a leased system and had a very responsive, respectful team of employees come install. Then we had some issues but they sent out another crew right away to solve it, even on a holiday weekend tech Guy Romaine came out to fix the AC aspect correctly and got us all set. Stellar communication and service overall!

Had a service technician (named Guy) come out for our maintenance plan. Informative, pointed out some items we can fix on our own such as weed killer for around the unit outside as well as to increase changing filter frequency to 3 months for our size unit. Friendly, thorough and quick. Highly recommend their services.

Been using them since 2022 when our AC died and they fixed it without needing a full replacement.

The salesman John was great and very communicative from the start. Install could have been slightly better as it took 3 trips to finalize it. Seemed like internal communication was lacking. But Elijah was my guy. Finished the technical piece we were missing and went very smoothly. If I could have him as my tech every time I’d approve. Thanks! New system is great and the advantage program is something I’d recommend for complete peace of mind.

Highly recommend Knochelmann. Staff when I called to schedule was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Dylan Grimm, was on time and very professional. He was well informed and answered any and all questions I had. Made the stressful process of replacing my water heater much easier.
