Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

We had a great experience with Eco Plumbers. They were able to do same day service to install a natural gas grill for us. They explained everything they were going to do very clearly and got the job done fast. I was very appreciative of the hard work done by our technicians, Nick and Thomas.

Andrew went above and beyond to help us with a warranty claim on our hot water heater. He made the process seamless from our end and had the new unit installed in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Andrew!

The technician himself was professional and courteous. The Eco Plumbers Prices they charge, compared to other BBB rated businesses are RIDICULOUSLY high. There's a reason they drive around in those brand new Sprinter/Mercedes vans. Sorry, lower your prices! I went with Bozman.

With regards to your reply to this review: You claim to price by the "job" VS the hour and that materials were involved. I was providing the materials which was a faucet. Are you trying to suggest that the job, gasoline, labor and your truck came to over $400.00?!?!?! Come on now! Who you fooling? Yes, you definitely aren't the company for everyone, I would agree and the company I ultimately awarded my business to, also offered a professional opinion and are doing the work for about half your quote. They also include warranties and guarantees without charging me for them and have been in business far longer than you have, so yes. . .they too are professionals.

Andrew M. Did a great job! He was training a new employee (I’m sorry, his name slipped my mind) and proved to be patient and clear with his communication and Never disrespectful. Both gentleman we polite and answered all my questions. We even had fun conversations about our pets.

This is Rachel Edwards. Nick and his sidekick did an excellent job of dealing with the bathroom in our (really) old house. It presented problems that he was able to solve, just as he had done the first time (a year ago), when he had worked on a different problem. He knows what he's doing, and is totally pleasant to work with, even when the the going gets rough. He always has a positive attitude. When we call Eco Plumbers again, I hope we can get him again. Booking was a breeze (online), the technician (Kevin) was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Though the cost was a bit more than I anticipated it was worth it. Kevin installed an under-sink water filter and new faucet in our kitchen then performed a "before & after" water test to show how well the filter was working. Thank you for your great service!

Josh was very accommodating and responsive in letting me understand the current state of our water heater system and other recommendations for our water system.

He also took the initiative to get approval to install a shutoff valve to help in the future maintenance of our system.

The excellent Eco-Plumber tech, Brandon, flushed my water heater. He also tested the water at my request. He was on time, professional, informative, and answered my questions. Super nice young man who clearly enjoys his job and values the company he works for.

I am a repeat customer. I appreciate that there is someone to answer the phone rather than leaving a message and waiting for a return call. I know I'll be able to get service scheduled when I call. Technicians have always been timely, communicate well, behave in a professional manner, take care to leave my home clean and undamaged. Today Andrew replaced my broken garbage disposal. He did a great job. He was polite, efficient and competent. I can't believe I was able to get it replaced the same day I called. I would definitely recommend Eco Plumbers. Very satisfied customer.
