Best company ever. Very quick, professional installation.explained everything as they went. You could tell what a great team they were when I heard them laughing in my attic as they were installing our unit ! I will recommend them to anyone. Thank them so much !

Our furnace went out this past weekend. I contacted Delaware Heating & Air at 10:00am on Saturday morning and their HVAC service technician, DJ was there by noon. He was great to work with, very informative and forthright. He helped to answer all of the questions I had and always kept us in communication throughout the diagnosis process. Upon receipt of the parts that were needed to correct the repair, two technicians, Randal and Clayton, came out Monday morning to install. They were just as great to work with and, again, answered all my questions. The service really is five stars and I will recommend them to anyone I know going forward. Thanks for your hard work and help.

I called originally thinking that it was going to be an easy repair to the furnace. Mark, the service technician found that our furnace needed replaced. It was getting old and it was also getting to a dangerous situation because of overheating. We decided to go ahead and replace the A/C as well. The process was was seamless. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable about what they were installing. They moved the A/C unit from the back of house to the side and didn't charge us extra and they gave us am upgraded thermostat for free. One of the technicians noticed that the vent for the hot water tank didn't have enough pitch to it. He fixed that and didn't charge us! I highly recommend them!

The guy came over and did an inspection. Found it was hooked up to 110ac instead of 220ac. It was fine after corrected . Appreciate the repair person quality work. Would recomend this company to anybody.

Very pleased with a quick response to my appointment request. Repair Tech was knowledgeable and thorough. Checked everything top to bottom, even though the issue turned out to be something basic. Would definitely recommend :)

They had prompt service check the system out. Gave recommendations, installed everything in 4 or 5 hours. The team was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Panic! My furnace stopped working and the “cyclone bomb” is heading our way! Amazing customer service on the phone and in person! The technician arrived within 2 hours and was calm , friendly and knowledgeable. He had it diagnosed and working with in couple of hours, and explained everything to me . The price was extremely reasonable. Definitely calling them to maintenance check the A/C unit this spring. Thank you for being patient, kind and knowledgeable!

Most recent visit was for AC preventive. I love having service contact where they contact me early in the season, schedule me very quickly and take care of things without me even having to remember to call. Heads off issues and keeps things running smoothly

Tech was at house within a couple hrs on a Saturday.

Found the problem. Ordered the part and Monday by noon the repair was made. Great service at a fair price.

Our Technician, Mark, was amazing, after the service, he took the time to explain my thermostat AND the App to me and helped me set it all up. He took his time and made sure I understood what he was showing me. Excellent Customer Serviec.
