Called Saturday evening and got an appointment for the next day. Jacob actually arrived 30 minutes early, after calling to make sure that was OK.
Walked me through everything he was doing and took extra time to inspect the system since the symptoms didn't match his initial fix. He was friendly, professional, and thorough.
I would highly recommend based on my experience.

We found both technicians to be friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They were also quick and efficient, finishing the job in just over four hours. I was also pleased with how kind they were to our pets, asking to give them pets. We are very happy with the results!

Our AC quit working two days ago. I called one shop that never called me back, so I called Delaware Heating & Air late in the afternoon yesterday. They were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for today. Mark showed up right on time for the service window. He took a look at my system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the replacement part in his van and was able to get my AC running again quickly.

Mark Pyles listened and did attentive maintenance on our air conditioning system at Family Promise. As an Emergency Housing persons here are experiencing a lot of stress due to displacement from their homes, no one needed the additional heat! He got repairs done quickly and well. We all greatly appreciate it. We are grateful for your responsiveness.

Really great experience. The process of getting the estimate, to doing the job was great and a smooth process. They was on time and very quick with putting my new AC unit and furnace all in. The techs even worked outside in the rain while it was pouring down raining.
